What a wonderful tune Seagull sent me to collaborate on.  His nylon-string and bass playing is lovely but he asked if I could help with a second guitar voice.  The Taylor JKSM seemed the perfect fit with its sweet steel-string acoustic voice.  The undercurrent of meaning in the song is best described by Seagull himself:
"The song is called Stairway, and I realized that it reflects everyone's climb in life. We are encouraged and taught from birth that we must constantly get better at everything. Better upbringing, better behavior, better education, better job, better pay, better things, better health, better parent, better home, better car and so on...But what is the real goal of all this striving? Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with education hopefully producing better and more understanding and empathetic people, and a safer and nicer society. But.....and I think it's a big but.... as we are obviously being trained to buy all the happiness we need in life instead of experiencing it in a peaceful, healthy and experiential life." 
It is a question of what is ultimately important in our life and are we willing to make the climb to reach and attain it.  Something to ponder while you listen:)

Dans cette pièce de piano, Albane explore le thème de la vitesse à laquelle l'amour peut disparaître.  "Albane" explore également le thème de l'absence de l'être aimé. Malgré la distance, l'amour peut rester fort et brûlant, comme le vent qui change sans cesse et qui emporte avec lui les rêves et les espoirs, laissant derrière lui seulement des souvenirs. Le piano est utilisé comme instrument principal pour exprimer l'émotion et la profondeur de ce sujet, offrant une gamme de tonalités et de textures pour créer une expérience musicale riche et puissante.

La musique intègre également une citation poétique de Albert Camus:

'L'amour est un vent qui souffle et qui change,
Qui emporte avec lui les rêves et les espoirs,
Qui ne laisse derrière lui que des souvenirs.'

Cette citation reflète la complexité des sentiments et des relations amoureuses, tout en mettant en valeur la passion et la force de l'amour.

Cette musique est le fruit d'une exploration sonore qui m'a permis de créer une ambiance mystique et spirituelle. “Feel with me” is more than just music - it is an invitation to feel with all your senses. Reýem takes the listener on a deeply emotional journey: Soft sounds open the piece and lead gently into a world of sound in which feeling and sound become one.
