This is a an Armenian folk tune called 'Hovern Elan'. Traditionally it is played on duduk. In this arrangement I play it on a four valves quartertone trumpet with accompaniment of organ.

Dans cette pièce de piano, Albane explore le thème de la vitesse à laquelle l'amour peut disparaître.  "Albane" explore également le thème de l'absence de l'être aimé. Malgré la distance, l'amour peut rester fort et brûlant, comme le vent qui change sans cesse et qui emporte avec lui les rêves et les espoirs, laissant derrière lui seulement des souvenirs. Le piano est utilisé comme instrument principal pour exprimer l'émotion et la profondeur de ce sujet, offrant une gamme de tonalités et de textures pour créer une expérience musicale riche et puissante.

La musique intègre également une citation poétique de Albert Camus:

'L'amour est un vent qui souffle et qui change,
Qui emporte avec lui les rêves et les espoirs,
Qui ne laisse derrière lui que des souvenirs.'

Cette citation reflète la complexité des sentiments et des relations amoureuses, tout en mettant en valeur la passion et la force de l'amour.

Cette musique est le fruit d'une exploration sonore qui m'a permis de créer une ambiance mystique et spirituelle. Sarah's Tears (Tears of the Dune)" est une composition de musique du monde captivante qui traite de la sécheresse et du manque d'eau dans les déserts, mettant en valeur la voix de Donia Anis sous la forme d'un murmure. Cette œuvre musicale mêle habilement des instruments traditionnels et le saxophone, créant une ambiance envoûtante et émotionnelle.

Dès les premières notes, la musique nous transporte dans un paysage désertique où le sable et le vent dominent. Les rythmes des percussions traditionnelles se mêlent aux mélodies enchanteresses du saxophone, évoquant les dunes de sable mouvantes et les rares oasis qui ponctuent ces étendues arides. Les mélodies sont à la fois mélancoliques et fascinantes, reflétant la beauté austère de ces régions.

La voix de Donia Anis, bien que ne prononçant pas de paroles distinctes, apporte une dimension profondément émotionnelle à la pièce. Son murmure doux et évocateur contraste avec la sécheresse du désert, faisant écho à la souffrance et à la tristesse ressenties par ceux qui sont confrontés à la pénurie d'eau. This very tribal ecstatic dance set I recorded on the 22.03.2025 @ LovEcstatic Dance Paris - Célébration du Printemps. It was one stop on my „Love Yourself - new song release tour 2025“ through Europe. I played in 2 month 16 Ecstatic Dances in 15 different Dance Communities and I drove more than 10.000 km with the mobile home I rented for the tour. It was a journey of so much fun and deep connections with so many beautiful dancers and space holders of ecstatic dance - with always unique approaches of space holding and community energies. What a blessing !!!!
