If I were to classify the music I currently play I'd say there are three "distinct" styles: downtempo, psytech and prog/zenonesque; were I highly enjoying doing crossover sets between them. I've always wanted to try do all three in a single set and last year November I got the opportunity to do so at the The Psygasm Experience (@psygasmic) x EARS DON'T LIE's EarGasm. Usually I'd want at least an hour or more for each style to transition smoothly, but here I had 90minutes to cross from a classical downtempo act, Clear Particles (aka @killawatt) at 100bpm to a full-on psytrance act, @havokkhailstone at 140bpm. Was a little challenging, especially covering 10bpm of psytech in 30min, but I thoroughly enjoyed playing this set and am pretty stoked with how things turned out. This tracklist is pretty much a summary of most of my favourite producers 🤩Hope you enjoy 💃

His goal is to make people forget everything when they're on the dancefloor, and to concentrate only on the frequencies, making them free from negativity, and to be as crazy as can be! About this set, Baladi says: "This mix was made to give a taste about what could happen in my set on the Dragon Nest, also to give a preview of some of my unreleased tracks, one from SolSelectas and also a Remix for my friends, Labek & Chrobak who'll also play on DAAD. Combining an old school approach to mixing and a deep-rooted musical intellect, Mitch has been rocking dancefloors for over a decade. Performing since 2008 and now a staple in the East Coast Canadian psytrance/progtech scene, his sets are known for taking listeners on a harmonically smooth, complex and uplifting journey. Mythrophan plays a versatile range of intelligent psytrance, from minimal/bush progressive to deep/melodic twilight. You can also catch him spinning psytech/techno under his Mythro alias, or creating his own rhythms as one half of the prog-tech duo MYDÄ. Mitch is also co-founder of Space GOAt and a former resident of Architextures, where he organizes and performs at events regularly in his hometown of Toronto.

He has played at several outdoor festivals across Eastern Canada and US, such as Eclipse Festival 2012/14/16/18/22 (Quebec), Fractalfest 2016 (New York), Harvest Festival 2013 (Ontario), OpenMind Festival 2011/13 (Quebec), Timeless Festival 2016/17/19 (Quebec), Solstice Festival 2012/13/14/16/17 (Ontario) and All Stars Festival 2013/15 (Ontario).
