•BIOGRAPHY
Born in Marseille under a radioactive cloud, Nuclear Nymph has been listening to electronic and techno music since her birth with her father who immediately gave her a taste for this genre, with artists such as Kraftwerk, Yello, Prodigy, Juno Reactor, and Jean-Michel-Jarre for her first concert at 9 years old. She began to play piano and synthesizer music early on, before embarking on the computer-assisted electronic music composition in 2000, aged 13.
She went on stage 7 years later at the Poste à Galène (Marseille) under the name of AngoriA, for her first live doomcore / electro-indus / rhythmic powernoise played on Korg & MIDI controllers coupled to her MAO, and continues to perform in the south-east for goth / industrial evenings such as Synthetic Masses, Shadow Assembly, Sound Convulsions, Mass Control, including some songs pressed on the VA of Synthetic Masses & the Australian label Xomatosis, also starting the mix.
her parallel project "Mortal Flavor" allowing her to tell other stories in a different tone, focused dungeon synth / fantasy / ritual / Celtic / classic / dark electro, also adding violin notes.
It was by Astral Projection that she began digging towards goa trance. 4 years later at Grenoble she puts both feet in the world of psytrance with the label Hadra and its events. A true revelation as much human as cultural, which made her want to contribute and understand the secret of this music with ramifications in perpetual evolution and with the lightning energy, which she finds fascinating, creating her project Nuclear Nymph.
She returns to Marseille and tries to make ends meet between her techno / industrial roots and the large field of trance opened to experiments. She gets more into mixing and goes up with Walter Bishop and LeeSterik the asso Vortex Nightmare who mixes trance and techno in his evenings at the Lounge, Intermediate, Relais de la Chevalière, Molotov, Cauldron ... then next created with Dirty Vader the Tribe United association and their music events in 2014-2016 at the Bain Des Dames (one in collaboration with Cortical Systématic), evenings at Drop, Molotov, Valfréjus ... and released tracks on Visionary Shamanics Records (UK), Artists In Action, then on the label Karma Kusala that she integrates and under which she released her first album "Allegoric Tales" on 12/01/17.
From now on, she focuses on her Nuclear Nymph live project, in parallel with her album format productions, wishing to extend, eventually, her universe beyond the musical field.
