This very exceptional soundscape was crafted by versatile and truly skilled producer Sacha Ketterlin. Being a passionate musician, he's devoting to several projects - each with a different style. Under his moniker Modula (@modula) he is using nothing but a Doepfer A-100 modular system to forge sounds and melodies.

Andrew Weatherall once likened the overwhelmingly vast collection of music on the Internet to a supermarket having too much jam on the shelves. Give customers too much choice (whether that be fruit preserves or music) and the adverse effect will take hold whereby s/he on the receiving end will walk away empty handed, anxious at the idea of filtering the options. That ‘too much jam’ feeling, y’know?

In this age where electronic music, as we know it, is slowly becoming increasingly homogenised, it's why we think it's important that we strive to paddle away from the forceful, mainstream current and use of wealth of knowledge and tastes to bring to light deserving productions in a whole myriad of styles. It's sort of our thing. So without further ado may we present to you the musical stylings of Superpoze, the fast rising producer at the vanguard of a new school of French beatmakers set to take the musical world by storm.

First coming to our attention at influential French festival Transmusicales and later via his work with compatriots Dream Koala and STWO, it only takes a brief listen to the work of Superpoze to find yourself a fan, with his melody driven take on electronica enough to melt even the most industrial of hearts. With his hotly anticipated debut album 'Opening' arriving June 8th via Combien Mille Records, 2015 looks set to be a massive year for the young gallic producer as he sets his sights on world domination. Epica is a sweeping, cinematic journey through sound — a richly layered, emotionally expansive album that fuses ambient electronica, Berlin-school sequencing, and science fiction themes into a single immersive experience.

Crafted by Texas-based composer Keith Richie, Epica builds upon the legacy of his prior work (Ambient Highways, Skylines, For the Willow Wept...) and draws clear inspiration from ambient and electronic greats such as Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Carbon Based Lifeforms, and John Carpenter. But what sets Epica apart is its deeply narrative structure — an album that plays like the score to an epic sci-fi or fantasy film that exists only in the listener’s imagination.

Each track serves as a chapter in a larger story: from the ethereal swell of “Remote Isolation” and the meditative pulse of “Rebirth,” to the childlike wonder of “Tiny Creatures” and the twilight tension of “Dusk.” The album peaks with the soaring title track “Epica,” where layered synths, cinematic drums, and Mimi Page’s haunting vocals conjure visions of interstellar heroism. The closing track, “There Are Other Worlds Than These,” named after Richie’s own publishing label and referencing Stephen King’s The Dark Tower, delivers a powerful finale — triumphant, textured, and emotionally resonant.

Like a great novel, Epica is filled with both wonder and tension, beauty and darkness. It’s music built not just for listening, but for feeling — perfect for dreaming, writing, reading, or escaping into other worlds. Polarity is a double-sided conglomerate of electronic expressions from all over the world, spanning across atmospheric soundworlds of intimate drone and deep, industrial progressions. 
This collection of heartwarming soundscapes and foot-stomping house beats is smoother than butter, a series of 26 top-notch tracks that paint an interesting, auditory adventure. Although the album has a minimalistic approach, it offers a surprisingly detailed production. Each track is layered with expert craftsmanship and hypnotic melodies laced against diverse, psychedelic noise echoing in the distance.
