Shadows dissolve into dense fog, ice cracks beneath your feet, and somewhere deep within, a mysterious rhythm pulses—muffled, like the echo of a forgotten world. Swiss musician Rick Fox (@dj_rick_fox), sound architect of Zurich’s nocturnal streets and dim-lit tunnels, invites us on a journey along the wavering edges of reality with his latest release, "Slow Noises EP."

These slow noises are more than just background vibrations. They are impulses—reflections of inner monologues and half-forgotten dreams. The title track, "Slow Noises," drifts through a restless tranquility, each chord a step into the unknown. "Shadows in My Mind" is a dialogue with lingering phantoms, wandering the labyrinths of the subconscious. "Lowpoint" marks a moment of minimum tension, dissolving into a deep reverberant haze. "On Thin Ice" teeters on a fragile surface, threatening to give way, yet the rhythm holds you in delicate balance.

But this time, the universe has woven in another layer of meaning: on the day of this EP’s release, Rick Fox celebrates his birthday. And as a tribute to the occasion, five dub techno alchemists have reimagined his work, reshaping sound into a gift of sonic transformation.

Across four expertly produced tracks, Deemkeyne strikes a fine balance between rhythmic drive and hypnotic spaciousness, helping it become an ideal listen for those who appreciate the genre’s subtleties. 
Opening with 'Nothing And All', the EP immediately plunges into a vast soundscape. A dense chord progression glides over a tight rhythmic pattern, propelled by a pulsating bassline that commands attention. The track unfolds patiently, allowing each element to breathe, setting the tone for the journey ahead. 'Night Before Spring Comes' follows with a more spacious and contemplative approach. [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] is pleased to present its 76th release. The seventy-sixth issue — like 76 reflections scattered across the mirror of the mind. From the depths of Überlingen, Germany, Deemkeyne (@ueberlingen-deemkeyne) brings us Mind In the Mirror EP — nine fragments of introspection, nine facets of sound mirrored in the dim glass of inner dialogue. In each track, the sound is not only heard but seen — within. Nine tracks, nine doors to a space where reflections take on lives of their own.

Four original compositions:

::: Drawed Traces — marks scratched into memory, like invisible routes on a fogged-up mirror.
::: Core Elements — essence, foundation, the pulse of sound as if heard from deep within the self.
::: Mind In the Mirror — a sonic portrait shimmering in digital ripples, a central meditation on self, on time, on the silence between notes.
::: Next Future — premonition, hypothesis, a rough sketch of tomorrow written in modulation — a dotted line on the map pointing to the unknown.

Five new perspectives — alternate paths through the same labyrinth:

::: Castle From Indistinct Dreams (@shadow-recruit) Rebuild — a dreamlike reimagination by an anonymous architect of hazy sound.
::: Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer (@enercube & @x_fr) Dust Dub — the dense grain of memory, like an old VHS tape coated with time. The noise of vintage machines slowed to a spiritual tempo.
::: Liuos (@liuos) Rework — northern breath turned into rhythmic geometry — precise and beautiful.
::: Rick Fox (@dj_rick_fox) Basic Remix — a laboratory-grade deconstruction down to the elemental core — mathematically pure, almost industrial in its austerity.
::: DubTeknik (@dubteknik) Reshape — a balance between machine and organism, between structure and chaos. A deepened texture, like the skin of a city after rain.

Deemkeyne presents Mind In the Mirror EP — alternate reflections of sound. They distort, deepen, unravel. This is an internal gallery. Entering it, you’re not listening to music — you're seeing through it. Through a mirror not of faces, but of resonant depths.
