We feel grateful for the possibility to play @ the Montsomnia Festival in Switzerland, surrounded by so much joy and happiness. It was a very special experience to play in front of so many people and look into their smiling faces. Here's the recording of our gig we played in the afternoon. And wow, even the sun was showing up during our set<3

Gnadenlos stinkig

Schon seit Tagen harre ich hungrig, durstig und völlig übermüdet in diesem steinernen Verließ aus. Bei jeder Bewegung schneiden mir die Fesseln ins Fleisch und mein Rücken fühlt sich an, als wäre eine Horde Elefanten über ihn gelaufen. Zu allem Überfluss ist mein Bewegungsradius durch die stählernen Ketten stark begrenzt. Ich erreiche gerade so sein kärgliches „Bett“, den Wassereimer und die Vorrichtung zum verrichten meiner Notdurft. Meine aktuellen häuslichen Umstände sind gelinde gesagt beschissen. Doch all diese Unannehmlichkeiten sind nichts im Vergleich zu dem bestialischen, alles überschattenden Gestank. Dieser weht wie ein frisch aufgetragenes Parfüm, unablässig und unverschämt unangenehm, 24/7 durch meine Zelle. Müsste man diese olfaktorische Entgleisung beschreiben, so kämen mir als erstes die Begriffe Verwesung, Fäulnis und ungewaschene Sportsocken in den Sinn. 
Anfangs war der Geruch nur ganz wach wahrnehmbar. Er wurde schleichend intensiver, entwickelte sich über die Stunden & Tage jedoch zu einer regelrechten Verhöhnung des menschlichen Geruchssinns. Ich vermute es ist eine Art Folter. Die Gefangen sollen über ihr sehr empfindliches und einmaliges Organ, die Nase zur Verzweiflung gebracht werden. Ich habe keine Ahnung was hier vor sich geht. Ich weiß nur, ich muss hier raus.

Najesh & Artišoko liefern mit diesem Podcast ein vollumfängliches, akustisches Gesamtbild ab. Der Anfang ist ebenso epochal wie erheiternd. Man kann gar nicht anders, als gespannt und andächtig der Musik zu lauschen und in sich in unbekannte Sphären versetzen zu lassen. Neben Najesh & Artišoko hat auch https://soundcloud.com/subkutan1 ihren Teil zu diesem Set beigetragen. Aus ihrem Mund stammen viele der Vocals, welcher der Gesamtkomposition den letzten Schliff verleihen.

Close friends for many years, sharing the same passion for music, one ear for bass and the other for highs, complement each other. We love harmonies and the fusion of tracks. Electronic music has been with us for a long time, but it wasn't until May 2019 that we sat down at the controllers and gave our passion a platform to be fully lived out. Our hearts beat faster with the sounds of downtempo, slowtech and ketapop. Our dedication to telling our stories is possible thanks to all the producers who create such wonderful tracks.

Was für ein Erlebnis das war! Die Mystic Creatures Nacht im Mensch Meier, Berlin. Diese Energie auf dem wunderschönen neuen Theater Floor hat uns maximal umgehauen und aufgeladen. Danke für diesen einzigartigen und magischen Austausch. Unser erster Gig in Berlin, werden wir nie wieder vergessen. Umso mehr, wollten wir unser Treiben von dieser Nacht aufnehmen und wenns gut war, mit euch teilen. Nun ja, wir sind zufrieden und hoffen sehr ihr seids auch;). Berlin du bist wundervoll - Danke für die Einladung lieber Christian Hülshoff & den liebevollen Host Mystic Creatures Crew.

Mystic Creatures @ Mensch Meier - 2022-03-27

A dream came true - Even if we where asked to play an easy Downtempo Set, which is a little different from how we like to play now at Gigs, we felt so happy and blessed to be invited by the lovely booking Crew of Dubstation Stage of the legendary and unique Fusion Festival in Lärz, Germany. What an honor to play there - hard to describe the feeling we had, when our phone rang with the invitation, the feeling to be back at this Festival after 4 years but this time as Artists and the feeling we had when we started our Set at this amazing created Dubstation. 

We didn't knew where the journey was leading us but with all the love of these strong Folks that stayed awake to dance and seesaw with us, this is what came out. Long story short, listen yourself. Here is the result of our 3 hour trip at 3am on Fusion Thursday.

Fusion Festival 2022 - Downtempo@Dubstation

It was the most magical and mind blowing Festival we've been to. We are happy that we recorded our Set at the beautiful Creatures Corner Stage in the early morning hours of the Festivals Saturday, the 9th of September 2023. We hope this recording will take some back to this unique festival experience on the beautiful Polish Island, and others who could not be there, can give an impression of how fun it was...

Special Thanks to all the people involved, who made it become reality, with their hard work, to be able to celebrate such a beautiful Festival in such a unique ambience...WOW - it was an honor to play there!

Unerwarteterweise können wir mal wieder ein Gig-Recording von uns mit euch teilen… 

Klein aber fein, an einem wunderschönen Ort, durften wir mit fantastischen anderen Künstler*innen die Gäste des Narrenmondfestes am 9. Februar bespielen. 

Wir wussten nicht was wir spielen würden, wussten nicht ob und wie der eigene und gemeinsame Flow entstehen würde - aber irgendwie floss es einfach und wir spielten, so finden wir, ein Narrenmondfest-würdiges Set, was zudem unserem eigenen Anspruch an Harmonie und Sinnhaftigkeit ausreichend entspricht um es mit euch allen hier zu teilen.

Merci für die liebe Einladung an eure Sause, die ihr so hingebungsvoll dekoriert habt liebe Narrrenmöndler.

We had the honor and the luck to be part of the 2nd edition of the beautiful Mystic Creatures Festival in 2024 on the wonderful island in Poland and to play at the slightly larger Stage "Creatures Corner" with a nightly Set from us. During the Set, we got wet eyes and goosebumps thanks to the amazing and so touching response from this awesome Creatures Corner-audience! Thanks to all those who danced with us with so much energy into Monday and made the end of the Festival something very special! Thanks to everyone who created such a wonderful space and made such an amazing festival possible with their hard work!

Echoes from Najesh & Artišoko - Immerse

That misty winter morning, the little witch woke up in a silent, frozen forest.  She really loves cold and quiet winter mornings like these.  With her eyes still half-open from a good night’s sleep, her heart suddenly skipped a beat from excitement when she realized the next night there would be a full moon, which meant she’ll participate in the monthly witch coven (which always happens in a different location and in the ever-changing company of two other witches).  
After finishing her daily inspection round of the ice-covered woods, the girl said goodbye to the forest dwellers, and flew into the unknown.  She knew she would – as always - reach her destination by simply following her inner compass.  
This time she was flying into South-Eastern direction for quite a long time, until she saw the Swiss Alps in the distance.  Last summer she already visited a pleasant meadow near a crystal-clear lake at the foot of these mountains, but this time her inner compass told her to keep on flying higher and higher.  The mountain peaks were hidden by thick clouds and she flew straight towards these.  She took a deep breath and dived into these thick clouds.  Flying conditions became very difficult as she had to navigate through a blizzard with zero visibility.  Her body became covered with snow while her hair had turned into an icy mess.  Flying was really unpleasant while she continued to climb higher and the temperatures dropped even further.  Luckily, after a while it stopped snowing and soon she rose above the clouds where the view was simply epic.  After her eyes got used to the blinding sunlight, she enjoyed a spellbinding view on the sun-lit mountain tops towering above the immaculately white clouds.  Suddenly she sensed she had reached her destination and gently touched down on a mountain pass, high above the tree line.  Her white dress was soaking wet, which was very uncomfortable, especially after it got stiff from the frost.  In the middle of these majestic mountains, she felt really tiny and reduced to her essence.  She started to shiver from the cold, feeling all alone and miles away from everywhere.  Like this, it wouldn’t take long before she would freeze to death, but the girl wasn’t worried.  She knew her inner compass always brings her to the right place at the right time.  The young witch looked in the distance and to her surprise she saw a big white bird in the distance flying straight towards her.  After a few seconds she realized this was clearly not a bird, although she couldn’t tell exactly what kind of creature it was.  In any case, it was  completely different from all the flying animals she had ever seen before.  Eventually it turned out to be a flying horse, carrying two witches.  Despite its huge size, the animal touched down gracefully and the two witches quicky ran towards their shivering visitor, asked if she was OK and quickly helped her out of her frozen dress.  The two witches had brought warm clothes and boots with them.  After an extended group hug and a cup of hot herbal tea, the little witch felt comfortably warm again.  The two Swiss witches invited their visitor to join them on a flight on the back of their flying horse.  Soon they were airborne and really enjoying the majestic landscape, while the nimble horse started to perform some aerial acrobatics.  The witches got so carried away that all three of them were soon cheering and yelling from joy, while the horse flew over the glaciers and mountain ridges with graceful wing movements… this vast snowscape disoriented the little witch to the extent she lost all sense of space and time, experience the past, present and future at the same moment… the start of a truly unforgettable witch coven high up in the Swiss Alps …

Najesh & Artišoko aus Bern - wo Bass & Höhen fusionieren:
Seit vielen Jahren unzertrennliche Freundinnen, verbindet sie die gemeinsame Leidenschaft für elektronische Musik – ein Ohr für den Bass, das andere für die Höhen. „Wir ergänzen uns perfekt und lieben es, Harmonien zu finden und Tracks zu verschmelzen. Unsere aktiv musikalische Reise begann 2019, als wir erstmals an den Reglern standen und unserer Leidenschaft eine neue Plattform bieten konnten.“
Mit einem Herz für Downtempo, Slowtech und alles, was zwischen deep und progressive Dark-Slow-Rave vibriert, kreieren sie Sets, die sowohl zum aktiven Zuhören und Fühlen anregen als auch die Tanzflächen zum Beben bringen. „Durch Ketapop entstand unsere Begeisterung für minimalistischeren und gemächlicheren Sound, welcher mehr Raum lässt, dies eröffnete uns die Möglichkeit unser Sound-Universum weiterzuentwickeln und mit Einflüssen aus diversen Genres zu füllen und zu kombinieren.
Die Geschichten, die wir erzählen (dürfen), verdanken wir den Produzenten, die uns mit ihren Tracks immer wieder inspirieren, und einem Publikum, das unsere Sets mit Hingabe lebt. Wir freuen uns darauf, auch weiterhin mit euch zu feiern und die Grenzen der elektronischen Musik Genres zu erweitern!“

Inseparable friends for many years, they share a passion for electronic music - one ear for bass, the other for highs. “We complement each other perfectly and love finding harmonies and merging tracks. Our active musical journey began in 2019, when we stood at the decks for the first time and were able to offer our passion a new platform.”
With a heart for Downtempo, Slowtech and everything that vibrates between deep and progressive dark Slow Rave, they create sets that encourage active listening and feeling as well as shaking the dancefloors. “Through Ketapop, our enthusiasm for a more minimalist and slower sound that leaves more space was born, which gave us the opportunity to further develop our sound universe and to fill and combine it with influences from various genres.
We owe the stories we (are allowed to) tell to the producers who continue to inspire us with their Tracks, and to an audience that lives our sets with dedication. We look forward to continuing to celebrate with you and expand the boundaries of electronic music genres!”
