This EP was compiled over the space of two weeks. Its premise was to create the sounds of what falling in love with someone was like for me.  From remembering all the small details, overthinking all their words and actions and just wishing for one party to be courageous enough to address the elephant in the room. 

All the song were written when feelings that I thought have faded decided to come back twice as hard and remind that it is very likely I will never be over this person. I have tried giving up on them, I genuinely have but it has occurred to me that maybe giving up on them isn't the way to go.

Hence, this EP came along. This EP is a way of managing both the pain and longing for this person. This EP is just my story and I don't expect this to blow up or be a masterpiece in anyone's eyes. However, it is my baby and to those who do enjoy it, thank you.

Special thanks to everyone who has ever let me vent about this person. It is much appreciated.

A BEAUTIFUL MELANCHOLY

This track consists of samples from every other song on this EP, signifying the fact you have found your way out of the jungle of unrequited love.

You may notice the music gets loud, this is the key element of this whole ep. Wanting to let go of something that isn't going anywhere but holding out for false hope. I can say that I am getting over them but I do not know when I will crash and burn and fall back, if I ever do.

This song is all about pushing yourself to the limits trying to figure out what the next step is and being overly obsessed with the outcome. Until you get to the state of acceptance and living life as it is meant to be lived, for yourself instead of others.
