Born on the 2nd of October 1993 in the small mining town of Tsumeb,Namibia. Cosmas T.D Dikuwa also known as Cosi Hooligan is a rapper/singer/songwriter/executive producer and has been writing and rapping since 2003,he recorded his first professional track in 2012 and then went on to drop his first project (The Wordplay Mixtape:Rise Of A New Breed) with the trio group (The Pyru) in 2015,with group splitting in 2016 Cosi started working on his career as a solo artist and on the 1st of August 2017 Cosi introduced himself and his #HOOLI_GANG brand to the world by dropping a classic 13 track mixtape titled Out The Trap:Untold Stories...
