of my BOOM's marathon is my third and most appreciated set played at this amazing festival.
My second Ecstatic Dance played at Being Fields Shala on 27/07/22

This is a special one as I had the honor of having Lo.Renzo (one of my favorite artist) playing with me and, at last moment, Yagmur, an amazing Viola player also joined!!

I have been in contact with Lo.Renzo online since long and we finally managed to meet at Own Spirit Festival just before BOOM on which him and Alfredo invited me to join and, in total synchronicity, ended up playing a set at the Temple of Frequencies at that amazing festival.

There I asked hm if he would play on my set and perform the sound bath at the end and he accepted.

The time slot that was given to me for this second ED was only 1 and half hour including the Intro, the facilitation and the sound bath so I was very concerned about it and di not spent much time before building up to a peak.

The journey was going great and people really was receiving it fully open.

The touch of Lo.renzo's Sarangi and Yagmur’s Viola on it was really on spot and adding a real live organic vibe to it.

Time was flying so fast that I messed up with it and ended the time located when still not he peak. When the stage manager came to me saying that I needed to finish I was surprised and shocked as I thought I had 30 more min to land.

But I did not, the time on my laptop was wrong!! 
So I had to suddenly stop without giving Lorenzo his time for the sound bath.
Therefore I added to the set a couple of his tracks to end the journey in a more "conscious" way!!

Felt really sorry about it and apologized with everybody, ultimately they all understood and were very grateful for the magic we brought in.
The planned recording also did not got through and felt really sorry when the usb key that I handled to the sound engineer was given back to me with an empty folder!!

Would love to express here my gratitude to Lorenzo and Yagmur for their amazing presence and to all the dancers who were there with their playfulness and totality.

Last would really express my gratitude to all the musicians present in this set.

A whimsical journey through the deep and limitless recesses of curiosity and intrigue, Smithereens gently beckons us to step into a thick and luscious audio garden, teeming with psychedelic flora and fauna.

Just as comfortable sharing his mind and heart with us through his psybreaks project Kwah or his collaborative project Alterra Project, Rory Gordziejko takes on the form of Tea Tree for this release. Offered up this time is an interconnected labyrinth of 7 groovy psydub adventures that will certainly get your head bobbing and toes tapping.

Marking Tea Tree's third release on Mindspring, Rory guides us through another expertly-crafted, trippy psydub adventure. A perfect follow-up to 2017's well-respected label debut EP Leguminous [MSM047] and 2020's Chasm [MSM084], we once again have the pleasure of traversing a new path within the familiar and groovy sonic universe he has created.

At times, Smithereens is lucid, playful, and determined, and at times the soundscapes feel more like waltzing between a daze and a daydream. Never staying in one place for too long, the album progresses into a delightfully spirited, glitchy adventure through complex layers of experimental sounds and grooves. There also seems to be a bit of mischief strewn about if you know where to look for it.

This release truly is a work of auditory art that presents new sounds with each listen. Though each track is a unique psychedelic treat in its own right, found throughout the entire album is the consistent and familiar style and finesse that we have come to expect from Tea Tree. He guides us again through intricate layers of crisp, pristine production and careful attention to spectral detail. The deep, thumpy low-end throughout is rich and fertile soil from which the anthesis of intricate, diverse sounds and expansive textures emerge. Carried through to florescence by uplifting, exuberant melodies, Smithereens blooms into a beautiful psychedelic masterpiece.

Always left with the feeling of a warm welcome back, the conclusion of the adventure gently ushers us back into our default world with a fresh, positive and uplifted perspective.

Moving through the seasons with this experimental psychedelic set I recorded live at the end of March 2019 on support for @desertdwellers in Tempe, AZ. 

I've been wanting to create a DJ set made up of three distinct parts — emulating the three-act structure of many stories — for a while now, and this is my first tried and true attempt at it. My intention was to keep the vibe flowing through three energeric crests whIle maIntaInIng movement from start to finish. I ended up digging deep into my collection to make this work, pulling some forgotten classics from over the years and mashing them up with more recent tracks from some of my friends, peers, and inspirers.
