Fallen Shrine (Madrid) was born in the wake of nxc (nightcore influenced by pcmusic and hyperpop) in 2016. What started out as a hobby quickly grew into a underground internet phenomenon, when parties in Japan, the UK and the United States began playing out his special brand of spanish hardstyle nightcore at their events. With endorsements from SPINEE, Aamourocean, and Dr. Dr4kken, Shrine kept himself busy as the poster boy for club-oriented nxc in Spain. In mid-2018 he decided to take a break from the scene though, which resulted in a two year hiatus.

With the onset of the pandemic however, he renewed his passion for nightcore, and has come back better than ever, experimenting with new sounds, first darker, hardstyle and rave but today he presents us with this Sextrance mix, a new sound that emerged this year that mixes hard trance, nxc and breakcore among other styles.

ODYMEL / Exclusive Mix for Electronic Subculture

Was vor beinahe 7 Jahren als Hobby angefangen hat, ist mir der Zeit immer mehr geworden. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass sich aus lausigen Raves im Wald ein Projekt mit so vielen schönen Veranstaltungen und einer wunderbaren Community entwickeln kann. 
Ich hatte die schönsten Abende mit den besten Closings, trotz aller Erschöpfung und Arbeit, die investiert wurde. Aber alles hat leider ein Ende, und mit der Zeit haben mir die Events weniger Spaß gemacht. Hinzukamen immer höhere Eintrittspreise, mehr Social Media Arbeit und Werbung, die leider nötig war, damit sich eine Veranstaltung auch trägt. Immer höhere Gagen und Mietkosten haben leider aus der Leidenschaft zur Musik und dem Veranstalten ein Geschäft gemacht. 
Leider habe ich die letzten Monate festgestellt, dass mir dieses Geschäft nicht liegt und auch die Arbeit innerhalb und an Elysion mir weniger Spaß bereitet hat.  
Also kurz und knackig, am Samstag wird mein letztes Event bei Elysion sein, an dem ich aktiv mitwirke. Ich werde weiterhin Musik produzieren & auflegen und habe auch schon ein neues Projekt, bei dem es mit Sicherheit auch die eine oder andere Veranstaltung geben wird, dazu später mehr. 
Ich habe mal wieder ein Set aufgenommen, und passend zur Situation mit der Message verbunden. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit mit schönen Erfahrungen!

Leidy van ’t Leven, also known as LVTL is Colombian born and currently based in Amsterdam. Whereas a late bloomer considering Techno, she is certain of her destination. Since visiting her first Techno festival at age 23 the two have been inseparable. Ultimately she has decided to take her stand behind the decks to be able to share her passion with like-minded explorers.
