Primed and Precise is a new project brought to you by the people who brought you the two mid nineties labels; Prime Directive and Precise Daily Rhythm.
A new appreciation of underground music from this period has lead to people digging deeper in the crates to find it and unearthing the back catalogues of these two niche underground labels. 
 
This lead to a successful retrospective release on Seven Hills Recordings in 2020 and a relaunch across digital music platforms. Creator of the labels and many of their releases, Andy Jones, decided now is the time to move forward with new projects.
Recently Andy produced  Country singer Luke ‘Guy’ Reeds album “Strait Home” which the track ‘Fying High’ was used on Mel Gibson’s film ‘Fatman’ 
Based on the Isle of Wight Andy never stopped making music and collaborating with other artists, so there is a wealth of new sounds in the vault that need to see the light of day, this is the basis for starting up Primed and Precise. 
 
As we get older our tastes expand and the same can be said for the roster of talent that P&P will showcase, everything from House and Tech to Nu Soul-RnB, Hip Hop, Blues, Broken Beat and Reggae.
