As legend has it, two sonic sorcerers set off in search for the ultimate sounds.
They journeyed deep into the Outer World, oscillating through the sands of time they encountered many woke & wasted, until they reached the Church of Sound.
On route they fell into a delirium in Tacoland, while side-stepping a Bubble of Trouble and finally resting on their dear friend Frank's Couch.  In the distance they could hear the signal 404 humming, and they knew they were close to their final destination: the Melting Point!

More than half a decade since we last heard the 'Tales from Within' from these wandering musical souls, Earthspace & Braincell have returned to earth to share the stories of their 'Madmen's Quest.'
Along their travels they have been bolstered by their friends; Ingrained Instincts, Technology, Tron & Neo Shaman, to help navigate to new found sonic realms.

'Melting Point' phenomenal new album brings together two highly versatile and skilled artists as they craft deep psychedelic voyages into weird and wobbly universes. Pollux is a hungarian DJ and producer, signed to World People Productions french psytrance label. Half part of Symbionts project (with Billuminati). His music is hard to identify, the tempo of his DJ sets vary from 146 to 150 bpm with a funky, groovy, sometimes even dark essence, which takes the audience on an interesting and exciting journey.

Metasonic is the psychedelic DJ project of Sidney van Dyk. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa now living in Bangkok, Thailand.

Since first being exposed to psychedelic trance music and culture in 2009 he fell head over heals in love with both.

He believes that the psychedelic trance journey at it's roots is one of the most liberating and freeing experiences one can have. Be it progressive day-time to Full-on night time to Darkpsy etc, etc, etc and all the myriad of genres in between. The journey it takes you within your own consciousness and who you are after experiencing this journey of sound and self is what made him fall in love. 

Hence the name, Metasonic(meta - after / sonic - sound) is a tribute to that place in all of us that we reach after being taken on a psychedelic sound journey.

His vision for this project is to bring about journey sets to take the listener to that special place inside themselves.
