SKYFALL stands for massive, driving Progressive grooves that take the dancefloor on a journey, a perfect balance between cybersonic soundscapes and human emotions. SKYFALL is the Progressive Trance project of Daniel Bernardo Aka MENOG / ATOMIZERS. Before becoming Portugal’s biggest Psytrance export Dani fell madly in love with music at an early age and studied guitar and drums, and then went onto perform regularly in a Heavy Metal band in the early 90’s. He was introduced to the underground Electronic Music scene in Portugal in 1995, with his first visit to the Boom Festival in 1998 inspiring him to start his own project MENOG. In 2002, Dani released his first album “Natural Behavior” as MENOG and has been rocking parties allover the globe ever since. In 2013 he decided to explore the more spaced and slower side of Psychedelic Trance and formed SKYFALL; the name inspired by his passion for skydiving. SKYFALL’s first EP “Higher Self” was released on Sourcecode Records, and shortly thereafter joined the Nano Records family and delivered a string of EPs, all of which charted in the Top 10 on Beatport.com. By May 2014 SKYFALL’s first album was ready for release on Nano Records. ‘Regenerate’ was a conceptual remix album of classic Psytrance tracks remixed by SKYFALL, and included the likes of “Reload” by Deedrah, “Vicious Cycles” from Astrix, “51” from Ace Ventura and Timelock, “Dustortion” from LOUD, and more. ‘Regenerate’ hit number one on both Beatport.com and the Psyshop.com charts. Following on the success of his first full-length releases Dani put together his first fully original collection of music, and in March 2015 Skyfall’s album “Fantasy is Part of Reality’ was released on Nano Records and it too hit the coveted number one spot on the Beatport TOP 100. As ever a musical chameleon, Dani continues to develop all his musical projects with flare and character, and continues to release mountains of amazing fresh music for his fans across the world.
