Samy Dib and Jonathan Delachaux have accompanied Poupa Honk for several years during concerts or studio sessions. This collaboration had already given rise to productions like "The Handless Spacewalker" or "Pressure Warning", pieces in which guitar and clarinet dialogue with beats and digital bass. 

With "Golden Lowness", Poupa Honk takes again this same formula and lets speak freely its main influences like Rock-steady, Cumbia or Hip-hop, but never let a style take over, a crossbreeding still reinforced by the influences Rock and Jazz by Samy and Jo. 

During the production of the album, a great place was made improvisation and this approach, associated with the sounds of the electric guitar and the bass clarinet, brings an organic and deeply human side to a music in which the sounds digital devices are willing to put forward just as the treatment "Lo-Fi" of certain sounds. 

There is also an interest for the synthetic and the "cheap" in the work of macro-photography that Poupa Honk realizes for the visuals that accompany his music, a work based on the series and the homogeneity. Homogeneity that is found also in the five titles of "Golden Lowness".

Samy Dib y Jonathan Delachaux han acompañado a Poupa Honk durante varios años durante conciertos o sesiones de estudio. Esta colaboración ya había dado lugar a producciones como "The Handless Spacewalker" o "Pressure Warning", piezas en las que la guitarra y el clarinete dialogan con ritmos y bajo digital. 

Con "bajeza de oro" Poupa Honk repite esta misma fórmula y permite hablar libremente sobre sus principales influencias tan firme como una roca, cumbia o el hip-hop, pero nunca dejar un estilo de asumir el control, una mezcla reforzada por la influencias Rock y Jazz por Samy y Jo. 

Durante la producción del álbum, se hizo un gran lugar improvisación y este acercamiento, asociado con los sonidos de la guitarra eléctrica y el clarinete bajo, aporta un lado orgánico y profundamente humano a una música en la que los sonidos los dispositivos digitales están dispuestos a presentar al igual que el tratamiento "Lo-Fi" de ciertos sonidos. 

También son de interés para el sintético y "barato" en el trabajo de fotografía macro Honk Poupa lo convierte en música de acompañamiento visual, un trabajo basado en la serie y homogeneidad. Homogeneidad que se encuentra también en los cinco títulos de "Golden Lowness".

Son premier opus « YES PAPY » (2018) est une première entrée en matière dans l'univers du beatmaker. Sombre et délicate, la beat-tape nous fait voyager entre fées et dragons, angoisse nocturne et insomnie. Toujours en recherche de profondeur sonore, Al Safoom à mis le travail de texture au centre de la composition de « YES PAPY ».
La beat-tape à été utilisée par l'artiste sculpteur Pablo Reinoso pour illustrer son travail pendant la FIAC Hors les Murs 2018.

Les Grands Anciens (Great Old Ones) sont des créatures fictionnelles, originellement issues de l'œuvre littéraire de l'écrivain H.P Lovecraft. 

Le concept même de « Grand Ancien » demeure indéfini puisqu’il désigne plusieurs sortes d'entités selon la perception plus ou moins biaisée des narrateurs. 

Vénérés parfois comme des divinités par certains mortels , la plus célèbre création de Lovecraft demeure Cthulhu, gigantesque créature tentaculaire

The Great Old Ones are fictional creatures, originally from the literary work of the writer H.P Lovecraft. 

The concept of "Great Old Ones" remains undefined since it designates several kinds of entities according to the more or less biased perception of the narrators. Lovecraft's most famous creation, sometimes venerated as deities by certain mortals, is Cthulhu, a gigantic, sprawling creature. 

For this compilation, the artists were each inspired by one of the creatures from the Lovecraftian bestiary in order to create a personal musical definition

The wild scope, c'est une machinerie musicale qui oscille entre deux mondes. Un téléporteur qui voyage entre réel et imaginaire ! 

Le duo lillois Scratchattic signe 6 titres originaux assurant ainsi la continuité du premier EP « Gears in Motion » avec des sinusoïdes auditives toutes plus intrigantes les unes que les autres.

Dans ce second projet, le duo propose un tour d'horizon aux ambiances davantage planantes embarquant ainsi les passagers à errer spirituellement au milieu de mondes parfois étranges (Strange World), parfois sauvages (Into the wild, Getaway), parfois mystiques (Mind exploration, Back to nature). 

The wild scope est une invitation à la méditation, un retour aux sources où les éléments de la nature se rencontrent et s'entremêlent.
