Jego przygoda z muzyka zaczęła się w okolicach 2007 roku, wtedy to właśnie kupił swoje pierwsze płyty i sprzęt oraz zaczął ćwiczyć w domowym zaciszu. Swój debiut na scenie klubowej odnotował podczas cyklu imprez Open Deck's w nieistniejącym już Gliwickim klubie Quasar. Poszukując swoich muzycznych inspiracji wędrował poprzez rożne style oscylując zawsze w rejonie dobrego bassu gatunków fidget, dubstep czy w końcu drumm’n’bass. Szybkie postępy owocują bookingami w śląskich klubach, a w niedalekim czasie w całym kraju, na imprezach o coraz wyższym poziomie jak i paru festiwalach. Nigdy nie zamykał się jednak na inne gatunki dobrej muzycznej elektronicznej, czego skutkiem jest kompletnie skrajny dualizm jego setów. Spod jego ręki usłyszeć można energiczne sety dramowe, jak również zgoła odmienne wprawiające w euforie housowe mixy. Rozpoczynając studia w 2010 roku, chwilowo pasja schodzi na plan boczny, jednak miłość do muzyki nie umiera nigdy. Aktualnie wraca do dawnej świetności i to ze zdwojoną energią. Próbuje także stawiać pierwsze kroki w produkcji muzycznej. Można było go usłyszeć między innymi w takich klubach jak: Inqbator (Katowice), Prozak (Kraków), Regeneracja (Wrocław), Ozon Club (Raciborz); Quasar, Revolution, Kropka, Moloko, Soho (Gliwice); Regres (Bytom); Nemesis (Będzin), Flash Pub (Częstochowa), Yazz (Tarnowskie Góry), Bohema, City Light (Zabrze) i wszystkim innym które umknęły pamięci. Obecnie związany z kolektywem Blended Air zrzeszającym młodych i ambitnych DJ'ow grających szeroko pojętą muzykę elektroniczna.

an uplifting deep funky jackin groove with elements of Soul, funk, jazz, hip-hop, disco, tech, techno, psy and Acid.
 


People talk about his commitment and his passion about music. He has been an active dj and organizer of ca. 25 years. In the course of that time,  he and his big feet, put his tracks and made spin-offs beyond and into the underground. He has now developed to be in one of todays foremost  Dj;s.

Dj Goophy is known from the underground parties and concepts as Momentum, Reverberate, Circa Loka, Eccentric, delirium, Non-Stop, Funky Fiction, The Funky Room etc. Erik has been on the line-up of countless New Years/ birthday parties, and that he has played at most of the spots. He has also made his mark in Tønsberg, Stavanger and Bergen. In Oslo, he has played in places such as The Villa, Sikamicanico, Cosmo, Serum, PI, Cafe Con bar, Feber, Humla, Hausmania, Baronzai, Nomaden, Cube Club, Månefisken, Soria Moria mm. 
 He has opened for Kevin Sounderson from Detroit (us), and played at Musikkfest Oslo 2 years in a row. Otherwise, he had his own radio show on radio skranglebass named Momentum. Also Concept of the same name with international bookings ; Massimo Dacosta, Lil Mark, Phil Weeks and Jason Hodges. Appear repeatedly on Torsdagsklubben,
