More DJ than Producer with a serious love for all things deep house / disco /underground [think The Warehouse - Paradise Garage - The Shelter - Zanzabar] not the watered down pseudo house which sounds like [or should I say IS] dance, but the  grittier stuff spun & produced by DJ's like Tony Humpries, the Masters at Work, Kerri Chandler & others in and around the tri state area. I have since fallen in love with creating filtered tracks in Bitwig Studio [& other DAWs] hence the name Filtah Freak

Behind this project is Rodo de la Torre, aka polyalloy, involved in electronic music since 1999. Being influenced by Alternative Rock, Indie Rock, SinthPop, Hard House and Melodic Trance, his composing is 100% for the dancefloor. In polyalloy's DJ sets his musical range goes from minimal techno to progressive house. Very floor-oriented but often with a certain melodic touch, offering a mental and body experience.
