Essence

Backbone started with a catchy piano melody I found when jamming on the piano some time ago. I just couldn't get it out of my mind. The melody was refined over several months and resulted in a couple of different productions until I finally found the perfect mix of oriental flavors, saxophone tunes, and percussion, blended in a summery house beat.

Break Down The Walls

This song began as an exercise to try and learn some things on my recording software. I showed it to Mike Weber, and he added a vocal to it. We released that track in late 2015. You can check it out here:

I always knew that I would like to cross the country twang of the banjo with a hip hop vocal. It took a while, but I am super stoked that MICelium jumped on board and delivered this ultra cool flow. Too finish it off, I asked Miranda to record the female vocal line. And here you have it. Hope you enjoy!
