Gabriel and I first started discussing this project while sitting in a coffee shop around a year ago, and one of the primary things we were inspired by was capturing the sounds and 'feel' of the city in the music. We didn't give ourselves many genre or musical constraints, instead allowing the tracks to come together in a natural and organic way.

The end result is honestly one of the projects I'm most proud of - it's sonically multi-textural, stylistically diverse, and it not only combines both our Norvik and Antarctic Wastelands 'sounds', but also goes beyond them to new and exciting places.

This track is called Southern Seas, and features sounds of the Pacific ocean as well as synth swells and mesmerising organic piano motifs...

All That’s Left Behind establishes the sombre yet hauntingly beautiful tone for Narrow Skies' upcoming Earth: II album, with soft lyric-less vocal harmonies making way for the opening vocal phrases that encapsulate the lyrical style of the duo’s music.
