We are thrilled to welcome Thailand’s Pakarapol Anantakritayathorn aka DOTT for our 12th release on BLKMARKET MUSIC.

DOTT is an integral player in Bangkok’s expanding underground house and techno scene and is one of the three founders of "More Rice", an Asia-based, vinyl only label together with Sarayu and Mikhail, in which the direction is more towards obscurity. Their main vision is to support Asia's upcoming talents by creating great connections between them and other international artists around the world. This vision has led him to open up his brand new record shop More Rice Records in Bangkok.

DOTT’s Bang Waek Baseline EP brings 4 dance floor baseline grooves with an intoxicating analogue sound palette. We will let the music do the talking and let you take a trip into DOTT’s mind with this wicked release.

Caruan’s Deset imprint has always looked to do things slightly differently. Not one to release music for the sake of it, the output from this label is always well measured. With a flurry of activity back in 2018 and 2019 with the now classic “Mandela Move” album from Ricardo Villaobos as well as System of Survivals  deep jazzy goodies and Cauan’s collab with Oskar Szafreinic really struck the right chord. With renewed vigour, Caruan reboots Deset with a serious shot to the arm with brand new music from one our scenes heroes - Mathew Jonson. As a producer, he has made appearances on labels such as Limousine Dream, Proper Grub, Roof Records, Música Lunar, Island Beats, Agua y Sed, among others, with much more music set to be released on significant labels. In his DJ role, he showcases an intriguing eclecticism, effortlessly navigating through the realms of House, Electro, and Breaks.
