After being in bed for the last month with an injured back, getting physiotherapy twice a week, feeling sooooo very frustrated not being able to go out, I guess I wasn’t feeling very creative either, anyway feeling better now. 
I went out for a very slow walk along the water, and boy, it was magical. The perfect sunny weather with a refreshing breeze. Looking at branches of the trees around me swaying gently in the wind and the slow ripples of the water…..just a perfect moment in time, hence the title Moments And Dreams.
It doesn’t take much to appreciate simple moments in life.

When I see what’s happening around the world today, whether  it be the pandemic, the manipulations and constant lies being told by those in power, people turning against each other, fires, floods etc…..the air feels thick with anger and this ominous pulse……I guess I had this horrible dream last night and woke up with this lasting uneasy feeling of helplessness. So as I woke up, I produced this track with the feeling of unease left by this nightmare.
Even though I stopped watching the news years and years ago….too much propaganda, lies, bad news etc, I cannot avoid the people’s attitude and response to what’s happening now. All the anger and fear. 
Sorry guys, I usually try to post happier relaxing music, something about fighting and being hopeful, but as I mentioned so many times before, I tend to produce and post music on impulse. Love to all. Copyright protected ©

Was watching this movie…yes I know what you’re gonna say….Nat….too much TV. 
Anyway, this has become my nightly routine when I can’t find the restful sleep that I long for.
So as I was saying, I was watching this movie, where this crew is lost in space in their space station. Food and air is running low. After a very short stay on a planet nearby, they bring back some herbs/food they believe to be eatable. 
They have a big meal with the food they brought back making the most of it, the only thing is, they get high on it and completely let go. The AI on the ship brings a mix of dance music from the past….well I guess from the 70’s to 2000’s for us. 
And although everything seems lost, they completely give in to the music. Something I like to do myself when I feel low…….well any other times really. Such a wonderful feeling to let go and just loose yourself within the music, as I am doing right now in the middle of the night, jumping all around to the music arms in the air. Well since I can’t sleep might as well exercise…..knees up and down…..jump to the sides round and round and back again. Great cardio exercise.

Hello dear friends
I haven’t been very active the last few weeks. Just wanted to take some time off social medias.
Anyway, here’s my 1st and newest track for 2022
What can I say about 2021.….I guess it was pretty eventful and traumatic for so many of us. Trying very hard to live a normal life has been very chaotic to say the least.
Although I stopped watching the news on tv many years ago, I’ve kept in touch with what’s been going on through many independent news websites and of course Youtube.
Seeing the world, society divided in two, the hatred directed towards those who only asked questions, well it’s been very hard to deal with.
Trying not to lose your mind….not easy. Asking myself, what is the truth or rather, what is the lie, without so far any real answers to all my questions.
Anyway, I noticed that the new movie, ‘ The Matrix’ just came out, so decided to watch the 1st three again before watching the latest, and wow….it was the perfect time to watch them.
With what’s happened in the world, it was mind blowing. Makes me wonder about what is actually real.
