Scripture tells us that “The Lord’s curse is on the house of the wicked, but he blesses the home of the righteous.” While the verse seems fairly straight forward, the original Hebrew contains a bit of mystery. The word for “house” is used in reference to the wicked is bayit, while the word for “home” used in reference to the righteous is niveh. Bayit describes a permanent home while niveh alludes to a temporary space. Why is the wicked person blessed with an established permanent home while the righteous only get a flimsy temporary station? The Jewish Sages explain that the verse refers to how the wicked and righteous view life. The wicked see this world as their permanent dwelling place. This is the root of their evil. They live for the here and now without any thought to the future or afterlife. The righteous, on the other hand, see their stay on earth as temporary. This directs their righteous actions as they place far more value on good deeds than on fine possessions. Let’s value eternal life more than temporary comfort then we shall be truly blessed.‪#‎Selah‬

Off the upcoming "Super Zag" EP and 1st track from the new Scity Sunday's series. "Noble Acrostics" finds Zagnif utilizing all Noble Scity members names to create a rhyme with each letter in the name starting the next bar off to fully spell that brother's name when completed.

Scity Sunday's will consist of a new track from Noble Scity every Sunday (with the exception of certain Sunday's). The track will initially be heard first on the No Idea's Original Radio show hosted by DJ Enyoutee and co-hosted by Zagnif Nori every Sunday Morning 1AM-3AM (12AM-3AM for the time being). Later on Sunday evening we will release the track on the Noble Scity Bandcamp and Soundcloud pages. These tracks will be anything from solo tracks from Crucial The Guillotine, Danamic, Illy Vas, Kaotny, or Zagnif Nori OR any pairings of each member.

Starting out as a Revolutionary, Underground MC and formerly known as Hakeem Sayeed The Sword Skill Assassin. Hip Hop pumped in his veins during the early years of life experiences and due to certain motivations, he become fond of the mic and pen to ease the pain. With more than ten years spent mashing up mics, chopping beats, unwittingly shopping demos and digging deep into religion. A new man was being manifested to let those in the body to endure; "the worldly comforts are not for man, man is like a traveler, who takes a rest under a tree in the shade and then goes on his way". RASUL is an Arabic word, which translates as "Messenger ". It literally means "one who is sent". It comes from the same roots letters (r-s-l) as risalat meaning "to be sent". Malak/ANGEL in Ancient Hebrew means "Messenger" when translated to English, so in essence it's fair to assume that wings are symbols of thoughts preceding truthful words. In an age where many have lost the sense of self wandering aimlessly, accepting the cookie cutter format of the matrix we live in. The society we live in gives free reign to the body and its senses. They created a world with so many temptations; the mind is too discombobulated to get a grip on reality. In turn, our free will is being strictly dragged away from us right before our eyes, in that way our focus is too far from the exploitations of those in control; you cannot see. But there still remains those dedicated to the liberation of the mind and therefore emulate the truth to the best of their ability- Soaring above the mental plains of the dead, breathing life into the hearts of the dying consciousness of the people. Thomas Carlyle says, "Music is well said to be the speech of angels". I think of my rap style as a sword because it represents the state of mind and metaphorically the Word of God. The hilt is the understanding, the handle is the knowledge and the blade of the sword is the wisdom. Every time I rhyme, I'm swinging my sword. I'm set to capture the music industry, by staying true to my truth of faith. "You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free" (John 8: 32). What is the truth? Some books contain fragments of eternal truth but the bible is the essence of truth (John 17:17). Yeshua said to him, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the father expect through me (John 14:6). Prophecy is true in the bible so it affects everybody's life not just mine. I want people to be awake and aware to things in this world and the hereafter.
