My old 2x12 cab had a pair of OEM eminence 12442 speakers from '92. So, time for an upgrade. And, why not record all three speakers!

Same equipment and amp settings were used for all three recordings and the microphone was placed in a similar place on all three speakers.

Godin Redline HB w/ Seymour Duncan Distortion (SH6) - Peavey XXX Head w/ JJ Pre-amp (ECC81 and ECC83) and GT EL34 Tubes - Old ratty vented 2x12 cab - Audix i5 microphone - Presonus Audiobox USB interface, ProTools10 

No Post production treatment other than a simple limiter and automation for Panning and Mutes 

Order of speakers heard:

12442 - Sheffield - Governor - 12442 - Sheffield - Governor - Governor 100% left and Sheffield 100% right (as the speakers are currently in my cab)

Eminence 12442, Peavey Sheffield 1230, Eminence Governor - Sleep - Dragonaut
