I am using two base frequencies of 250.57hz to stimulate pituitary and 390hz for the Pineal glands. Both tones are at a beat frequency of 1.45 Delta waves which is a Tri-thalamic entrainment format. According to Ronald deStrulle, it creates entrainment between hypothalamus, pituitary & pineal.
