Marysia Osu is a Polish-born, London-based harpist, producer, and composer who blends classical, ambient, and electronic music. Her debut album, harp, beats & dreams (October 2024) explores themes of philosophy, dreams, and the interplay between the conscious and unconscious mind.

This live looping sound journey is an invitation into self awareness.
A space where you can observe your breath, your body, your thoughts, and your feelings without needing to change anything.

Perfect for moments when you feel lost in the noise of the mind, disconnected from yourself, or simply longing to come back home to your body.

And in the end there is a poetic activation by Eliis spoken in Estonian. Even if you don't understand what she is saying, feel into it and notice sensations in the body.
