World traveling tap masters, Buckets and Tap Shoes 
bring a high-energy blend of music, dance and percussion 
from the streets of Minneapolis to theatres around the globe. 

The cast of multi-talented performers take audiences on 
a rhythmic journey using a multitude of instruments including; 
tap shoes, found objects, drums, keyboards, guitars, horns, 
voices, audience participation and buckets!

Since it’s premiere in 2004, Buckets and Tap Shoes 
has performed and taught master classes internationally
in Austria, Finland, Ecuador, Malta, St. Thomas and Russia, 
as well as American tours to over 30 states.

was voted “Best Dance Performance 2005” by the 
Minneapolis City Pages and earned top ticket sales in the "MN Fringe Festival” in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2011.

For nearly a decade, electronic reggae-dub innovators Jon Wayne and The Pain have been crafting a unique sound, one that features a mesmerizing blend of modern age electronic beats fused with upbeat traditional roots reggae and a fresh layer of grooving funk to keep the soul moving in all the right ways. The Twin Cities-based ensemble burst onto the festival scene in 2007 following their debut self-titled album, and has since built a highly devoted following through multi-dimensional jamming, extensive touring and influential songwriting. Inscrutable and unpredictable, Jon Wayne and The Pain’s cutting edge style has taken them across the nation to some of the country's biggest music festivals including Electric Forest, Summer Camp, Cali Roots and Wakarusa. Their transcendent live performances and fluid chemistry has propelled them to forefront of reggae music, and with an ever-changing musical paradigm it is evident that this Midwestern quartet is an absolute force to be reckoned with.
