A few weeks back, I was commissioned to make my friend @shinyseabass a Synthwave track for his new Twitch stream intro. Super awesome and well-known pixel artist amongst the community! I wanted this to clearly be a synthwave track, but also wanted to incorporate some chiptune elements to touch on his channel's pixel art content. Thanks again, Shiny! Greetings, ladies & gents~!

So I was recently diagnosed with tendinitis in both wrists. Fun times. But that's besides the point. The only reason I'm even mentioning that in this track's description is so that you folks know why I went MIA for the past few months. After some physical therapy and other treatment, I'm BACK (not really...still taking it easy, but I wanted to at least release SOMETHING new.)!

As per the usual on Music Monday (which was actually held this most recent Tuesday instead), I gave viewers the opportunity to suggest themes for me to compose and had them vote on their favorite for the day. A tavern theme won out at the end of the day. "What goes on in a tavern?" you may ask? Lots of drinking, dizziness, and celebrating, ultimately culminating in what most in the tavern would describe as...a Joyous Drunken Stupor.
