San Francisco based Izzy Wise aka Isaac Weiser first started performing music in his Dad’s Klezmer band as a teenager. As the multi instrumentalist began learning new instruments and collecting records, so came the influx of different styles and cultures of music. Having played in many bands performing reggae, afrobeat, funk, rock, hip hop, klezmer, drum n bass, and latin styles this versatile performer began producing his own music and djing in 2007. Combining his knowledge of multiple instruments, sound reinforcement, and his love of mixing music from different cultures, we now have the electro world dub mashup that is izzy*wise’s music.

Isaac Weiser has played and collaborated with many different musicians and groups, and has a growing discography including 7 vinyl releases. Some notable groups are: LoCura, Lucky Brown and the Funk Revolution, Afrolicious, Pleasuremaker Band, Makru, Mophono Halftone Society, J Boogie, Nicodemus

He has also had the pleasure of opening for many heroes and talents including: Culture, Arrested Development, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Ocote Soul Sounds, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, and many more!!

LA GENTE SF was founded in San Francisco and is led by Rafael Sarria Bustamante: singer-songwriter and voting member of the
Recording Academy/Grammy's. LA GENTE SF has just released "Llama Cumbia" their first 2nd and music video from their 5th studio album "Entre 2 Mundos."

The album and series of music videos were recorded and filmed in San Francisco, Colombia, Spain, Mexico and Morocco. LA GENTE SF is currently on their 2024 world tour in support of this new international project. The group has created their own unique blend of World Music, Cumbia, Reggae, Salsa,

Hip-Hop and Reggaeton. Their music and live shows fuse together rhythms, dances and cultural influences from all over Latino America and the Caribbean

with a distinct San Francisco flavor, to create an infectious, high energy dance party.

 

After years of touring and releasing original music, LA GENTE SF has built a large and loyal following all over the US and around the globe performing at numerous festivals, universities, radio stations, museums, art galleries and major venues, including: Los Angeles, New Orleans, Austin, Portland and New York as well as Spain, Italy, France, Mexico, Great Britain, Brazil, Chile, Nicaragua, and Colombia. Their notoriety and showmanship has found them sharing the stage with other recognized recording artists such as George Clinton and The P-Funk All Stars, E-40, La Santa Cecilia, Quantic, The Digital Underground, Oscar De Leon, Hyro-Glyphics, Digable Planets, Pato Banton, Lyrics Born, Pete Escovedo, and MALO.

YamYams has had the joy of playing various festivals, campouts, and 40+ venues across five US states, including Burning Man, San Francisco Pride, Cascadia NW Music & Arts Festival, various fundraisers for Opulent Temple and the official Burning Man org, and SeaCompression (Seattle's official Burning Man Decompression event). Her first international appearances will be in Mexico in February and April of 2026.

Born in Hawaii and raised in San Francisco, YamYams grew up mostly studying classical music and jazz while singing and playing the piano, clarinet, and guitar with various bands around the San Francisco Bay Area. She found her way to electronic music via a then new love for drum and bass, eventually building a square-wave synthesizer from scratch while studying physics in college. YamYams also managed various touring artists for ~20 years before finally starting to play out and tour herself in 2022.

YamYams grew up on 90s hip hop and R&B and has always had a soft spot for classic rock, punk rock, and symphonic death metal. YamYams loves most forms of music and says she typically plays “house,” but that’s been known to include afro and latin beats along with influences from her classical & jazz music backgrounds and things like hip hop, breaks, and techno. Some friends say YamYam's style can be described as "open genre."
