Hello came about during lockdown. I'd seen a lot of my friends trying out therapy for the very first time. In fact I'd seen that many people were seeking therapy during lockdown. Whilst I was happy and proud and would get phonecalls telling me how well it went, sometimes it wasn't always positive. It angered me to hear stories of professionals who unfortunately didn't listen, who watched the clock or who were simply in it for the wrong reasons. I had all of this anger and frustration from the stories my friends had told me and didn't know what to do with it so I put it into Hello. It's about not silencing yourself when you're struggling. Whether it's being silent for the sake of your work, your friends or your family, you should never be quiet about it.
