This time Romain FX, went and scouted more toward the young producers of today. Digging up artists from Brazil, Japan, France & UK.
 
With the full spectrum of Italo represented here, you have access to the “less is more” touch, to the fast & curious and even to the more boogie side of Italo. We would like to welcome newcomers: Yukio Nohara, Ticara, REES, Patxi & Pedro Bertho, Austher & special mention to Val-Air for his first original release and of course usual suspects Native Red & Romain FX on duty for some intricate take on Italo Disco.

In Hong Kong as much as it is a big city, it's also a tropical city, so we the inhabitant need to let our wild animal side free.

This series called Extinct Melodies will be based on nothing and everything, it will be edits that we deem worthy for the world to know. You will find lots of rare forgotten gems and discover new musical horizons, embark on a journey of eclecticism with us. From fun cantonese disco, all the way to the quantum realm of sound.

For the first of the series, we have the honour to greet three selectors/editors by the names of Good Block, Native Red & RFX.
The EP is composed of a mix of heavy percussion throughout, representing the heat that can come from a sweaty warehouse party. Some heavy floor bangers for your aerobics sessions.

After Jungle vibes, Cantonese clubs, Bollywood warehouse we now venture into the Italian mob. This released is composed of edits by Kix from Japan, Native Red from Russia and usual suspect RFX from Hong Kong. Needless to say Italians do it better, and you’ll heard the vastness of the music in this release. There is also a little bonus track for the people that buy the whole Album which is rare a cover of an infamous track, you’ll get what we mean when you listen to it. Starting off the EP is RFX, with a groovy mystical disco pearl of the faraway desert.
Second, we have a rework from Native Red of the infamous track that you know to sing but probably don’t remember where you heard it.
For the second edit from Native Red, we have a dark cinematic banger for some spooky vibe.
And last but not least, a very rare psychedelic gem RFX has dug up which closes the EP in with a rite of passage.
