Berlin-based collective Cyberflex is making waves in the electronic music scene with their unique sound that draws inspiration from the Detroit techno scene and its originators. Founded by a group of musicians, producers, and artists, Cyberflex brings a fresh and modern take on the classic electro sound.
Says Cyberflex, “This collection of tracks describes a process which starts as a single unit leading to differentiation into several mutually competing units. Each unit will again develop various compartments aiming to achieve balanced singularity within a fractal circuitry.”

Arresto Temporaneo was born very spontaneously as the natural continuation of a collaboration that has lasted for over a year with Tamburi Neri, Adiel and Danza Tribale.
It is pure magic when seemingly different worlds meet and create a dialogue which is the foundation of successfully bringing the creation of this record into fruition. The EP functions as the fusion between the past and the present of the musical experiences of all of us.
Arresto Temporaneo was born by cutting a text “Prepariamoci ad un arresto temporaneo” that the artists liked. The sentence is free to interpret as any of the listeners wish, there is a deliberate reason why the subjective interpretation is avoided.
The EP is filled with the voice and lyrics of A.B. The track "Silenzio" symbolises a moment with which all of us, in spite of ourselves, had to deal with, the deafening noise of silence that can sometimes be devastating and for this reason it is important to understand it and not be afraid of it when it resonates within us.
“Nella penombra” refers to something that moves inside us, not too deep but just important enough to understand, with sounds that nature emits at dawn, when the light still reigns in the dim light, we must learn to move with skills and lightness without harming ourselves and especially others.

A new 12 track compilation placing some of the greatest emerging names amongst some of the world’s most established underground producers and selectors together on one compilation.

To launch the compilation we are debuting ‘Outer Space’ - a brand new track from Italian producer Adiel.

Just under five minutes of bubbling, analog-infused techno, ‘Outer Space’ is just as beguiling and wondrous as its name suggests. A steady build of uplifting arpeggios and spacious pads, ‘Outer Space’ brings a wide-eyed sense of joy to the techno space; a transcendent work of sustain and release electronic music that inspires euphoria both communally on the dancefloor or alone within headphones.

fabric Selects features names such as Bambounou, Air Max ‘97, DJ Mell G, Manni Dee and more completing a cross section of the contemporary sound of dance music with each producer marking their own stamp on the compilation.

This is not only a celebration of our first year as an imprint, but a celebration of the genre-defining talents that can be found at our club and across the globe, proving beyond all doubt that electronic music in all guises is thriving more than ever before.
