Mr Ra is a solo artist from West Auckland, New Zealand. With his soulful voice paired with his reggae and roots infused tunes, Mr Ra is an up and coming artist you need to get to know!

I graduated from The New Zealand School of Music in 2012, feeling very disillusioned at the end of my degree (of course). Since then i have been trying (emphasise the word TRY) to develop my sound and vision, trying to incorporate latest developments in technology, my favourite being the tesla coil, as it is a huge challenge to make music with this invention. I like to fuck with sound, technology, photography and animation. This is not the conventional path of most musicians.
