"London based label Natural Selection present their 4th release in the form of a colossal 4-track physical and digital Techno EP, courtesy of Rommek, entitled "Devil's Playground EP". Cut by Simon at The Exchange Vinyl and mastered by Dadub Studios, Berlin. 

Based in London, Rommek has seen his music released by the heaviest of renowned labels such as MORD, ARTS & James Ruskin's Blueprint Records. Rommek returns to Natural Selection after releasing with the label via their widely acclaimed VA compilation fundraiser "In Aid Of Ukraine" in 2022, with his track "All Blood Is Red", which has gained support by some of the most respected DJ's worldwide. 

Since his debut release in 2014, Rommek has creatively expanded his own sound and has firmly established himself within the global techno and experimental scene. His extensive interest in sound design is crafted within the dense atmospheres, heavy broken drums and dynamic tones found within his productions. After various releases that grounded him within the Blueprint family, Rommek then completed his most established work to date, the 'Set In Stone Trilogy' in 2018. The three part release compromises of 12 tracks, original and remixes from key members of the Blueprint team, James Ruskin, O/V/R (James Ruskin & Regis), Broken English Club and Makaton. 

After forming a close connection to Natural Selection in recent years, he has now cemented himself as one of the main front-line artists and residents within the London based imprint."

About EP: Reminiscences of a past that never was. This new chapter is a narration of an oneiric tragedy/drama (at the apogee of a realm?) about risking it all to overthrow the throne. Glory, Disgrace, wealth, ambition, misfortune, loss. Put down the mighty from their seats, exalt the lowly in an utopian new order.


About Artist:
The Fifth Stigma is an industrial and esoteric project, exploring the realms of history and wonders from forgotten eras through music.
Tired with the direction of contemporary techno, The Fifth Stigma aims to craft a slow, heavy and raw metallic techno, influenced by history, emotions and obscure world music, driven by a blend of several genres in times where everything seems to go faster, look alike and tend to be too easily accessible and instantly consumed.
Production wise, he forges intimate pieces, creating sonic atmospheres filled with fantastical imagery, conjured by the artist's imagination, which have a compellingly oneiric quality, whilst always exploring new sounds from different horizons, from liturgical to techno, from noise to punk electronics.
He recently joined as resident DJ Los Angeles’ illustrious warehouse raves curator Dirty Epic, the collective behind the Compound series and Re/Form festival.
The Fifth Stigma’s selections flourishes of meticulously sorted dance-floor tracks ranging from techno to EBM to less known sub-genres, journeying across the wide scope of electronic music.

5.The Fifth Stigma - Kneeling Before Acknowledged Superiority(Nigh/T\Mare Remix)

'Necessary Machinery' is the first track of Primal Extensions EP. I was adamant that we release this record in the dead of winter, a time of short days and long nights, but also a time of gathering strength and deep introspection.

For many years I was gripped by the idea of working within techno music yet also outside. How to resolve a contradiction. How to map the unmappable. How to find a way to make a logical proposition and its opposite both true. On my quest I first had to find and define the boundaries of the object I was dealing with. I found that some of the fundamentals of techno music are a steady beat and binary subdivisions. An eternal grid, the fabric of techno reality from which all common patterns are derived.

I found a solution in prime rhythm, a vast and beautiful world of music topology. Polyrhythms of prime number ratios. Each prime rhythm potentially generates a new grid, a whole new parallel universe of rhythm, relationships, frequencies.

I hope you enjoy the result and that you find the music energizing and simulating.

Curated by our founder, INVERNO (@invernonrevni), BLVSH proudly presents its third compilation, "Illusion(s)", a curated collection of Techno tracks crafted exclusively by FLINTA* producers. 

Available in digital and vinyl format, this release is a kaleidoscope of sound and vision, offering four original tracks that explore the depths of Deep Hypnotic and Industrial Techno, created by the talented Fluid (@fluid_music), INVERNO (@invernonrevni), TÖRIA (@k-toria), and Pooja B (@pooja_b_ikigai). 
Each track reflects a unique interpretation of the compilation’s evocative theme.

Complementing these originals are four remixes that push boundaries further, blending the pulsating energy of Groovy Techno, the dark allure of Rainbow Goth, and the nostalgic hues of Synth Wave, by Astra Pentaxia (@astra-pentaxia), lisa tba (@lisa_tba), Cyber Witch (@cyberwitchsaja) and GIOSKI (@gioskimusic).


The artwork by Berlin-based visual artist and photographer Maria Louceiro beautifully encapsulates the essence of "Illusion(s)." With a striking double-exposure image, a haunting fusion of a cloaked figure and a serene landscape in shades of green and grey, it invites listeners to immerse themselves in a world of layered meaning and surreal soundscapes.

This compilation isn’t just music: it’s a journey through illusion(s) and reality.

Polymorphism Records proudly presents the new album by Denmark’s Vanity Productions - “An Eternity Still”, the last release of our very first series of records.

“An Eternity Still” delves into the theme of closure, capturing the emotional journey of closing one chapter and beginning another. 
It evokes a stirring blend of nostalgia and the need to move forward, balancing bright memories with the desire for growth and new challenges. 
Of leaving baggage behind to fill the suitcase anew, killing the darlings to find new loved ones, burn down the house and never look back. 
Because as everybody knows; warm memories linger—for an eternity still.

For this project, Vanity Productions' Christian Stadsgaard teamed up with close collaborators Emma Acs and Malthe Fischer, who joined in the compositional process. 
While the album maintains Stadsgaard’s signature melancholia, it also introduces a fresh sonic palette, incorporating vocals and guitar alongside the project’s hallmark broken electronics and dark, evocative melodies.

“An Eternity Still” also features remixes by acclaimed artists Farzané and Ireen Amnes, further enriching the album’s collaborative spirit and adding new dimensions to its haunting soundscapes.
