Turrell Thomas Sims (born August 17th, 1987), better known by his stage name " XYZ " (Urstrulyxyz), is an American rapper, signer, songwriter and record producer. Born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, he first became involved in music as a part of the French Montana collective, Cokeboys, where he was formally known as “MeetSims“. After amassing a series of featured collaborations between 2014 - 2018, the recording artist sought change for a new beginning, and thus “ XYZ “ was born.  Between late 2014 and 2016, he had featured and written on multiple recording albums, including both Chinx’s “Welcome To JFK” and “Legends Never Die”, as well as Chrisette Michele’s “Milestone”. Since his start he has written and featured with some of the biggest names in music, including but no limited to, Chinx, Nipsey Hustle, Rick Ross, French Montana, Nas, NLE Choppa, Polo G, Kendra Jae, Migos, 2Chainz, Chrisette Michele, Tyga, etc.  In one of his most recent efforts, the singer-songwriter attributed his hand in the collaborative Chris Brown and Young Thug “ Slime & B” Album, co-writing the smash hit “Go Crazy”, which has now been certified triple platinum, amassing over 3 million sales and counting.

Born in 1993 Welch from the age of 11 started play music with his guitar, after he continued studying music on piano and bass guitar. He started at 15 play music with his new band also with his brother. At The age of 19 he started attending university in Siena so the musical sperimentation took him in a new world, the digital music. He started producing tech house music on Ableton and 1 year later he entered in the "trap music world". Now Welch is a member of an american producer team called "Sauce Sacii Mafia" with @DjNaNillz808Mafia and @EthanSacii.
