- Make a song in response to the weekly assigned poem (a new poem is published every Wednesday)

- When choosing a title for your piece also include the assignment number, for example “Title of your track (naviarhaiku110)”

- If you’re a Soundcloud user, upload it on Soundcloud and send me the URL via private message, or tag me in the track.

- If you upload your music on Youtube, Bandcamp or anywhere else, upload your submission and then send me the link by email at marco@naviarrecords.com or contact me on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram

No coincidence when autumn leaves fall. They wipe away the smallest particles, the wind pushes ahead, erosion of acoustics held by the rhythm of the air.
I used one of my recent binaural recordings, as seen on the picture. The last leaves were falling as the wind sang through the pine trees.

I approached this at the piano, and found a simple melodic idea from the words, and recorded an improvisation, keeping it raw open and bare.

Another improvisation on a hardware synth - Korg Minilogue XD - this week, in response to my own haiku. Recorded and mixed in Reaper, with added effects: Airwalker reverb, Timeless2 delay, and Frostbite2. Mastered with CloudBounce.

a solo performance on a new handmade instrument that packs away into its resonator/road case. I have left ,the sometimes harsh, plain acoustic sounds and only very slightly edited performance sections together and tiny overdubs.
