My seventh progressive jazz rock album of 2024 is about the circular nature of anxiety. Those of us who suffer this cycle on a daily basis will recognise it from the track listing; from the attempt at positivity and forced optimism, to ones own unhelpful coping devices, through to a desperate desire to get away from the worries which, ultimately and almost without exception, are proved over time to be concerned with matters of the imagination rather than reality. If you are suffering with these things, please speak to someone and seek professional help. Do not suffer in silence. There is always hope.

"When my health failed me and I was disabled a number of years ago, I feared that I would never be able to pick up an instrument again. Thankfully, as small improvements appeared I found myself able to play to a lesser degree. My voice is still not fully returned and dexterity only lasts a short while each day, but my disability is not going to stop me recording and releasing music any longer..."
