We invite you to join us in this meditation to learn to watch/ witness our thoughts. We are the creators of our thoughts and unless we stay focussed on what we are creating, we would always feel attacked by our thoughts. So let's explore together to rise in our awareness.

We contemplate on the subject of 'Operating from assumptions' and how we create beliefs out of these disempowering assumptions. 

Learning to question assumptions is the key as they are based in fear and have no basis in the reality we are experiencing. Assumptions are excuses to continue staying in our comfort zones; also they are anchored in lack of trust in life.

Today we will meditate on  the Power of Focussing what we want. So often, we are focussed on the lack of our desire and manifest what we fear. 
The ability to maintain your focus and clarity on what we want to experience in our reality is our biggest gift by the universe.

This is such a beautiful time of the year; a time to be joyous & celebrate and also to remember that we are God's beautiful children. Today we will be in the energy of Christ consciousness, invoking the presence of Lord Jesus and surrendering to Divine love.
