____just as notes on a musical scale are measured by the distance,
So too are human relationships, Bound by the space within

The distance between two notes, can evoke a sense of hope, Or bring about a mournful tune, that echoes like like like.

And in the same way, human bonds, Are shaped by distance, near or far beyond, For when we're close, the world is bright, And we feel a sense of warmth

But when we're far, the world can seem, A cold and desolated dream, Where every step feels like a fight, And hope fades in the absence.

So just as notes that are too far, Can leave us feeling vanished. So too can distance in relationships, Create spaces that are unpredictable

And yet, like notes that are so near, they merge and blend to create a rythm, human bonds can bridge the gap, and bring us closer

For love and friendship, like music, have the power to heal and soothe it, to make the distance disappear, and bring us closer._____

Atoloi is the project of Milan/Italy based Matteo Ghiringhelli and we are happy that he accepted invitation to our podcast series.

As a devotee of nature, Atoloi explores sound creating a mellow amalgam of layers using echoing synths, processed field recordings, and self-created samples; all mixed in a lysergic experience of heavy-grained noises and evocative instrumental compositions.
Not sticking only to canon club-oriented sonorities, instead, his productions and mixes search for other depths, in which the listener can get lost in a dense "no boundaries" journey for the body and the mind.
