Born and raised in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Former DJ now a father of three, just recently found out that creating music with headphones somehow magically silences all of the usual daily commotion. 😁 Now seriously... I know it's not anything groundbreaking but I really do hope you like it. Im starting every song with just a simple beat and see where it leads me. Hope you enjoy the journey!

Christiane Hommelsheim sings and plays on sound objects, Ralf Haarmann electronics and mandoline. With a central interest in loops, they create intertwined acoustic layers. Through the looper all sounds loose their corporality, they resolve within themselves, they appear and
disappear, they become soundfields, and soundshadows. Ocassionally a sentences might appear out of nowhere, and lingers unfinished in the space, like a piece of thought-furniture, that might develop within the ear of the listener before it retreats back out of focus.
