Blană is a Danish born artist based in the mists of Melbourne. Passionately sharing deep minimal journeys straight from the heart while opening new channels of consciousness for those who listen. 

Heavily inspired by her adventures throughout Romania and Vietnam she sets the mood with dynamic basslines, enchanting rhythms and spellbinding snares.

In Melbourne Blană has made her mark as the founder of DJ Social Club, hosting inclusive open decks nights at Radio Bar as well as co-curating the experimental minimal event series: Subterrania. She is a faithful resident at Killing Time Bar playing on Fridays with Hindsight Music for OVER.

Sebastian’s enthusiasm for electronic music started in 1997 with rough techno. He discovered quickly the diversity and beauty of the eclectic universe of electronic music. With the establishment of the netlabel scene and its instant opportunity to check out new artists with their music, he fell in love with dub techno and decided to create the weblog bassandspace.com to give interesting artists and labels a source for additional attention.
In real life he works at the University of Rostock, Germany, where he does research on greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural soils..
