Hänen mukaansa inhimillinen yhteys, käyttäjäyhteistyö on Esko Systemsille sydämenasia. Niinpä yhtiön potilastietojärjestelmä menestyykin erinomaisesti käyttäjäkyselyissä. ”Emme puhu ekosysteemistä, vaan eskosysteemistä”, hän kuvaa Esko-potilastietojärjestelmää. Se on aidosti modulaarinen, joka mahdollistaa skaalautuvuuden – ja esimerkiksi Tilannekuva UNA:n hyödyntämisen.

Terveydenhuollossa on periaatteessa sama prosessi kuin tehtailla, teollisen tekoälyn alueita EFESO Nordicsilla johtava Antti Rantanen huomauttaa. Siksi Suomenkin sote voisi oppia paljon muiden olojen tavoista hyödyntää tekoälyä. UNA Oy:n kehitysjohtaja Juha Rannanheimo muistuttaa, että paljon on tekeillä. Juuri Intiassa vieraillut Rantanen kehottaa suomalaisia sote-johtajia matkustamaan oppimatkalle juuri Intiaan, jossa tapahtuu ihmeitä tekoälyn saralla. Keskustelua johdattaa Jan Erola.
