The latest release on Tobago Tracks sees Berlin-based producer
Alobhe deliver four blistering cuts of forward thinking club
music.

State Space encapsulates the paranoia and angst felt in an
increasingly polarised world, typified by feelings of helplessness.
The EP spans four sonically diverse pieces, opening with ‘State
Space Conversion’, which introduces Alobhe’s visceral and direct
aesthetic.

While ostensibly lo-fi, tracks such as ‘Numb’ and ‘Reload’ contain
elements of progressive experimentation that challenge the
perception of conventional lo-fi hardware based club music.
Numb’s nauseating warped sample over a solemn distorted
electric guitar dirge epitomises the lack of agency felt whilst
voyeuristically consuming the spectacle of the modern world.
These themes are continued in ‘Reload’, where out of sync drums
and lead loosely give the track shape, implode briefly, and then
reassert themselves, further adding to this sense of unease.
With an enigmatic online presence and little to go by outside of
her moniker, Alobhe has created a jarring fusion of electro, black
metal, techno and sample based experimentation.

@cazeria-cazador presents the debut EP ('El Silencio De Los Que Hablan') of Humedad, a Venice-based musician whose previous work has involved composing for orchestras and string sections. 

Opening track 'Distance' is an affecting epic, that builds emotional through a reverb-soaked opening before collapsing into more experimental territory with seismic breakdowns and a drilled melody punctuating through the airy backing.

Actapulgite The elusive artist appeared on the radar a couple of years ago, with some self-released output that has long vanished. Maybe it’s somewhere on Soulseek? He tried really hard to eliminate this evidence. A bit later, some more life signs appeared, briefly; two tapes on UNREF followed, spawning interest in his persona.
Le Butin (The Loot) It’s the struggle of the fish; will it stay trapped, or will it fight its way to freedom? The suspense and anticipation are tangible, as the poacher, the fish and we are unsure of what’s next. It’s a track that’s upbeat, fast, and building up to... what exactly? What’s the relief? We won’t tell you. Nor will the birds that are chirping in panic.

pol100 ‘Sepsis EP'

pol100 is an alias used by Italian producer Paolo Maiarelli. Maiarelli is originally from Ferrara, a small city located in the north of Italy. Inspired by the likes of Arca, Rabit and Lee Gamble among others, it has been four years since he started to create music under the pol100 moniker. During this period he developed, what he calls, a more personal sound that can be heard on his previous releases ‘ANOTHER FINE DAY’ and ‘PLAGUE EP’ released on respectively Elastica Records and Du Couer Records. His latest work ‘Sepsis EP’ will be released on Bound Centre and introduces us to a new chapter in Maiarelli’s work. The complex mix between Ambient-like audio engineering and break/bass heavy electronica is conceived from his research into the idea of sound over structure and is based on the four symptoms of septic shock. On basis of these four symptoms Maiarelli created a listening experience that transcends conventional forms of arrangement and sound design and forces the listener to take a deep dive into the concept and physical consequences of the disease.

Musician, founder and curator of the Kiiberborea art platform that was inspired by solarpunk ideas and brought together artists all over the world. There are four releases and 6 mixes in the platform catalog and also online concerts series which is held since 2019.
    
Year 2120. The world is experiencing the effects of climate change. Most of the land is flooded, and huge masses of survivors are concentrated in terrible metropolises where the population has become slaves of corporations that control resources. But there are rumors among people about secret settlements on the newly formed islands. 
    After a long search, you arrive at such an island. According to rumors, the local settlers live in harmony with nature and have high technology combined with unique culture. 
    Walking around the island you meet a man who is one of the settlers. He is glad to see you and agrees to lead. On the way, he says that his main interest is finding experimental music records from the past. He search it in private collections and in the abandoned server rooms around the world. Then he takes out device that looks like a speaker to show you fresh artifacts.
