I have demonstrated today in Basel at the Protest against Racism, Police Violences and Racial Discrimination, in reaction to George Floyd's death in Minneapolis on the 25th of May. 
In the middle of the demonstration, we had 8 minutes of symbolic silence  with hundreds of people, all sitting on the main bridge of the city. 
I did that Improvisation once I got home.



Made with an electric guitar, and an acoustic guitar.

This is the soundtrack of Sebastian Schachinger 's Virtual-Reality Project called "This Garden Needs No Water" (2020).

Here are a few words from him about his artwork:

""For this years semester show, we were not able to exhibit in a physical space. Instead we were told the event and presentation of our works will happen in a virtual environment. Through telecommunication we will see two dimensional copies of ourselves and hear the voices of the participants through the speakers of our individual peripheral devices of the world wide web. Through this system we were asked to present reflections of our actual art pieces.

I refused to perform an excuse. Instead, as a respond to the lock-down situation, I discovered the virtuell space in order to produce an original, which reflects on contemporary movements of art and our whole world.

This is not a copy of a real world, this is a new world. But what kind, is yet to be defined.

This piece is a place to mediate on reality"
