»hiding in the trees« - ein Mix, welchen Rolandson sowohl beim Von Freunden für Freunde Festival wie beim Uckeralm Festival gespielt hat und sound(ge)cloud exklusiv zur Verfügung stellt.

Rolandson ist ein recht vielschichtiger Mensch und sieht die (musikalische) Welt mit seinen ganz eigenen Augen und macht sich, anhand seiner Erfahrungen als Reisender, so seine Gedanken dazu. Und so beschreibt er seine Musik »als einen Zugang, um seine Gedanken und Vorstellungen hörbar zu machen und dem Moment zu entfliehen.« Seine tiefen und warmen Sounds werden euch fesseln und erlauben euch Musik zu hören bei der alle Klänge willkommen sind. - es sind kleine musikalische Ereignisse, welche mal hypnotisch, mal klangvoll verspielt, mal tänzelnd daherkommen aber immer zum Reisen &amp; Träumen einladen.

Heute reisen wir musikalisch ins schöne Wien. Das junge Heimlich-Kollektiv hat es sich auf die Fahnen geschrieben Österreichs Hauptstadt das Downtempo zu lehren. Mit viel Liebe für die Deko und einem mehr als gelungen Booking (Martha von Straaten, Caleesi und Bernstein), haben sie sich rasch eine große Fangemeinde erobert. Als logische Konsequenz ist daraus auch gleich eine fantastische Podcast-Reihe entstanden, die mit ihren bisher 4 Ausgaben auf voller Länge überzeugt. Aber auch die vier Heimlich Artisten Oberst &amp; Buchner, Oliver Rottmann, Späk und leschueft sind (un)heimlich gut.

Für die heutige Ausgabe habe ich leschueft gewählt. Er ist mir bereits im März mit seinem fantastischen „Journey Down the Rabbit Hole 2016“ Set aufgefallen,  woraus auch sofort ein sehr freundschaftlicher Kontakt entstanden ist. Es folgten weitere grandiose Podcast für meine Lieblings-Reihen wie Kentaur, Sunset Grooves, Deepist oder NachtEin.TagAus. Sein musikalischer Background reicht vom HipHop, France House, Drum’n’Bass bis zu Minimal, Deep House und Techno … hat sich aber nun voll dem DownTempo verschrieben. Ich schätze an seinen Sets sein Feingefühl für den Stimmungsbogen und den Mut Tracks einfach mal ihren Freiraum zu lassen. 

Für uns hat er einen besonders gefühlvollen und magischen Herbst-Mix eingespielt, genau das richtige bei dem Schmuddel-Wetter. Mathieu vielen Dank für diese fantastischen zwei Stunden. Und nun aufs Sofa und Musik an … Welt aus.

I've got a million Dreams

Rodrigo Fonseca aka @dj-nirso is a Brazilian musician, DJ, and producer, resident of Sonido Trópico, one of the biggest parties of  Sao Paulo. After many years playing in different bands and projects, he released his first EP, “Nirsonico” in 2015 with the Chilean label Regional.

His sound emphasizes hints of digital cumbia, tropical bass, electro coco and Dembow. Over the last few years he has played together with Chancha Vía Circuito, Matanza, Nicola Cruz, Tribilind Sound and Sidirum among others. He’s also participated in many compilations such as Frente Bolivarista Vol. 1, Tropical Twista Vol. 1, Entre Tiempo y Espacio, El Remolón and Bahia Bass.

Rodrigo Fonseca aka Nirso es un músico, Dj y productor brasilero, residente de Sonido Trópico, una de las más grandes fiestas de Tropical Bass en Sao Paulo. Después de muchos años tocando en distintas bandas y proyectos, el 2015 lanza su primer EP, “Nirsonico”, por el sello chileno Regional.

En su sonido destacan tintes de cumbia digital, tropical bass, electro Coco y Dembow.
