Episode 14 of our popular Subtle Radio series features Rolladore.

Rolladore fell in love with rave in the early 90s as an avid dancer in Melbourne’s emerging scene, quickly developing a taste for all things breaks and bass. After moving up to northern NSW he broke his teeth as a DJ playing downtempo Breaks in chill out rooms and recovery events around the Byron Shire. Returning to Melbourne at the turn of the millennium he ran club nights and parties celebrating the nascent Nu Skool Breaks sound. Recent years have seen him take roles such as musical director and resident DJ for Psybus Space Lounge and presenting a UKG radio show for Basswise Radio out of London. Rolladore has also been called upon for guest mixes for Music Box Radio and the legendary Weekend Rush FM.

I've followed the evolution of Breakbeat for the last 18 years, and though I dont rave as often as I once did, I just can't get enough breaks.... old Hardcore through Jungle, Trip Hop, Big Beat, Drum n Bass, Psy Breaks, Nu Skool, old Electro, Glitch, Dubstep, 2step, breakstep and anything else that wraps cool noise around fractured beats.

Have dabbled occasionally over the last 10 years with both DJing and production, but haven't decided to really put my nose to the grindstone and get serious until recently.

Am going to post all my past efforts (no matter how embaressing, RE. some of this stuff is 10 years old. Technology got better with my skills).
Hopefully this will
a) Give people an idea of my vibe.
b) Compell me to improve and post high quality follow ups.
