Marga 2.0 Is a percussive shock out, tailored specifically for sweatbox clubs, basement raves, engaging in ‘tops off’ and spilling overpriced drinks all over yourself, and everyone else.

2.0 gives a firm nod to the Hard Drum contingent, whilst leaning into more chaotic, industrial textures and tones, delivering an end result of some finely tuned, chaotic rave grub for the masses.

Second compilation of a “This Is How We Break…” series focused on breaks and bass music to enlighten our emerging electronic scene from France and abroad.

Based on the free interpretation of the ‘breakbeat’ genre, the breadcrumb trail of this second compilation is the theme “from happy to dark” (or the other way) to celebrate the fluctuation of emotions whether positive or negative. Over-cultivated positivism implies the rejection and the covering up of negative emotions… This compilation is here to reminds you to live fully your emotions and only think about what’s best for you. It’s OK not to always look on the bright side of things. Be gentle to yourself.

Relentless raver and Rinse France resident RONI launched her first imprint Nehza Records in 2021.

Naming the label after the animated film ‘Nezha Conquers The Dragon King’ by Wang Shuchen published in 1979, the mythical tale resonates with RONI on both personal and artistic levels. 

With an attitude that questions social constructs and inflated authority, RONI’s vision for Nehza Records poses questions about our natural environment through the medium of sound. 

Combining elements of sound with the fantastical flourishes of Suchen’s film, Nehza Records is about raising awareness of our connexion to nature and how we need to protect the Earth.
