I started working in a club in 1996 as a 'light jockey' (controlling the lights). It was a natural progression to working behind the decks. Initially concentrating learning how to mix on Technics 1210s and Denon Professional CD decks, I was rewarded with mixing CD only tracks for a number of the DJs at the club, who preferred not to use what was a new technology.  Over time, I started DJing under 18s nights, parties, and then regular Saturday nights to 600 clubbers.  Loving music for as long as I can remember, and having a natural ability to program a set, fully competent and confident using a microphone, I believe it is what is played that count, the ability to work a crowd, knowing the context, and read the reaction of the dance floor. Across a long and distinguished career, B.Traits (Brianna Price) has proven herself to be a musical
artist of great versatility and panache. Equally comfortable commanding festival stages as she is
spinning jungle tunes in dark, intimate clubs, B.Traits backs up an enduring love of her craft with a
tireless work ethic and commitment to showcasing fresh, exciting music. From the raves of British
Columbia where she got her start, through a six-year stint at the BBC and onto more recent
endeavours such as booting up her alter-ego Baby T, Price’s passion has never wavered. In that time,
she’s distinguished herself through her exemplary production chops and DJ mixes of tracks which
orbit the groove-rich, percussion-driven poles of the hardcore continuum. Swing by any B.Traits set
and you’ll hear an eclectic mixture of deep, percussive, rolling techno grooves; find yourself at the
Baby T show and you’ll be plunged into the darkside strains of junglism and breakbeat machine-funk.
And for all her dedication to the dance, the more ambient-leaning releases of Price’s own Paciphonic
imprint demonstrate that by no means are her musical interests simply confined to the club.

Detta, real name Adam Cuglietta, has been DJing for over 20 years and has rocked many parties, clubs and festivals in the UK, Latvia, Italy, Switzerland and more. He has grown from rave to drum and bass, from hip hop to breakbeat, to finally ending up in his rightful place in the mid tempo, bass heavy, funky breaks scene called Ghetto Funk.

His rise to fame came after winning the 2012 Ghetto Funk DJ Competition, beating 75 other entrants to win a DJ set at Sunrise Festivals UK alongside other artists such as Stickybuds, Goodgroove & B-Side. This paved the way for him to become a regular part of the Ghetto Funk Nightclub & Ghetto Funk Allstars crew which had him performing at many gigs & festivals with more major players like A-Skillz, Featurecast, JFB, Slynk, Basement Freaks & The Funk Hunters.

Before this jump into the Ghetto Funk scene, Detta hosted many club nights in London, won a DJ competition at Snowbombing Festival and played for Finger Lickin Records at a TV advertising promotional event, to name some achievements. However since getting into producing in the last couple of years, his talents have shown he is more than just a great DJ.

In 2012 his 'reboot' of Knife Party's Bonfire was played on Mistajam's show on Radio 1Xtra. His C2C - Down The Road remix was used by JFB as a regular track in his 2013 sets. His collaboration with Sammy Senior for a remix competition of Krafty Kuts's - Work That Body, saw them come 6th out of 120 entries. His collaboration track 'Bag It Up' that was featured on B-Side's Ghetto Funk EP, has been voted number #1 in Juno Records 'Best Breakbeat Recommendation of 2013'.

Chrispy is a 23 year old producer and DJ from North Wales, UK. He mostly produces dubstep, but gets inspiration from all genres and styles. His use of heavy basslines along with melodic leads create a unique sound that is enjoyed by many,
He has released music through labels such as Dub All Or Nothing, 2 Much Bass and Stupid Fly Records.

Dave ‘Eavesdrop’ Wood is more than just a Drum & Bass DJ. Music is his life.  Since 2001 he has dedicated every spare moment to learn the art of producing music, perfecting his craft and building his studio to devise his matchless sound.  

After a string of singles, remixes and two EP releases Eavesdrop is unstoppable. Fueled by passion and dedication to his musical pursuit his debut album is underway.  Due for release early 2013 on LOOP recordings, it will include accompanying videos for the first two singles to be released late 2012.

Eavesdrop busted onto the scene as a dominant, young DJ in the early 2000’s winning the first Rumble in the Jungle competition and performed the midnight set Gathering NYE 00/01 under the alias Filthy Forum (Dj Subtrak & MC Unknown). But, it wasn’t until nearly 10 years later, where his dedicated time in the studio started to cause sparks.
 
The Air On Fire EP (March 2011), saw Eavesdrop team up with good friend and vocalist Soulyric (formally Willie C) whose haunting vocal innocence amplified and intensified Air On Fire, and Solitary Confinement.  Soulyric himself, a talented multi-instrumentalist, performer and DJ took to the project like mentos in coke-cola, exploding the live show to another level. A formidable live duo was born.

A fluke meeting introduced Eavesdrop to singer/songwriter Keshia, while she was singings vocal hooks on a friends recording project at his Studio.  The penny dropped when her silvery, smooth vocal suspend graciously in the room like a mist on a dewy morning. He handed over Backlight instantly and requested a collaboration on the soon to be title track, and up and coming EP.  Although she had never considered working with dance music, she accepted willingly and returned a week later delivering a complete vocal veneer. 
Keshia’s vocal role resonates seamlessly within the Eavesdrop sound. She also features on Really Love, Backlight EP (March 2012), and will deliver her rich honeyed vocal on the first single Clearwater from his debut album.

Look out for other collaborations on Eavesdrop’s debut with artists Tali, JDubs and the enchanting violin of Yoomia.
