Neil Sutcliffe - Two Intertwining Scots Riddles

I've been enjoying having a bit of time to play with my new small box, a Bugari Seniorfisa, during lockdown. In particular to rediscover and spend some time working on some traditional repertoire, which I haven't had so much time for over the last couple of years. 

I also thought this would be a good chance to try out my new mics, a stereo pair of AKG 214s. I'm by no means a sound engineer, and this is completely unmixed or mastered, but I still like the sound they get!

Neil Sutcliffe is an accordionist, singer and pianist from Stirling, Scotland. He comes from a mixed musical background, with roots in boogie-woogie, traditional and classical music. Currently in his 3rd year of BMus Classical music course at the RCS in Glasgow, Neil continues to gig and create performances in many different contexts. This is a space to hear a selection of work- recordings both professional and informal.
