Premiere : The Hacker - Time X (feat Miss Kittin)

Brooklyn-based Material Witness, known for being part of the Rinsed duo as Blacky II, releases his debut EP titled 'Point of Light' featuring an acid belter title track.

Material Witness shares his thoughts on the new material: "When i made this track i was really getting into 3 things; meditation, sound therapy, and analog hardware synths. When i find a new interest I develop what some people would call an unhealthy obsession, voraciously learning and consuming as much as I can. The track was made on hardware; samplers, synths, and drum machines. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. It's my favorite creation."

After a 9 month hiatus, Diynamic Music returns with the 12th edition of its famed “Four To The Floor” EPs. The label’s very own various artist series, which is always comprised of four dancefloor-oriented tracks that have one special quality in common: they have all been heavily road tested and certified by label boss Solomun on his countless gigs all over the world. 

Opening the record is “Monster” by Matthew Dear, his personal ode to the kickdrum. His eldritch voice almost turns into a haunting spiritual ceremony by singing eerie chants and entrancing phrases.

'Eric Volta and Robbie Akbal recently team up together in Berlin to create an hypnotic druggie groove. Inspired by a Burning Man-esque mental driving kinda journey, combined with organic percussion, mystical elements, vintage samples and crazy synth lines, this record is real trip on sound.

The record comes together with two amazing remixes by The Mole and jozif. Both unique in their ways but sure to be liked by many taste makers in the circuit.


The first remix comes from The Mole, canadian living in Berlin - a true real artist always delivering an organic view of dance music, releasing his music in labels like Kompakt, Mutek, and Cynosure just to name a few , his remix for Akbal Music is a exquisite classic deep house vision of the original track. A real warm, organic and timeless version.
