Cette année, j’ai surtout consolidé ce que j’avais fait jusqu’ici.
J’ai repris tout ce que j’ai appris en traitement du son sur ordinateur pour revenir sur les morceaux créés quand j’étais exclusivement sur synthé.
Là, c’est le second set live que je publie.
L’exercice est un peu délicat : je pars d’un enregistrement en direct, mais la prise était de qualité suffisante pour me laisser une vraie marge de travail.
L’occasion de réécouter, de revivre des émotions anciennes, avec tous les souvenirs qui vont avec… et parfois un peu de doute et de douleur aussi.

Melómana Records is back with a new release, “Chrome Drone”, produced by Man Syndome (MAN 2.0 and Stockholm Syndrome Au). This release shows how two minds can be melted into one giving the best of the two parts.

The EP begins with the namesake track, a piece full of energy and narrative. The remix done by the producer Fernanda Arrau (Chile) adds colour to the track giving the bases of what is coming with “Zank Dronner”, where the bass mixing with a neat, poetic and magnetic percussion. Here we find a killer remix by Back from the Wave.

The result is introspective and energetic, intense and dark and take us to another dimension. Both producers, MAN 2.0 and Stockholm Syndrome Au, know how to play breaking all the rules established in this EP, overcoming all the expectative of dance music.

Belly Dance Services  (@bellydanceservices) welcomes 2021 with a delightful collaboration between Günce Aci and Fat&Bald (@fatandbaldmusic). The 11th release consists of two original cuts plus two remixes by Theus Mago and Fabio Me Llaman Soltero. 

Istanbul based DJ/Producer Günce Aci (@gunceaci) is around the cities club scene since 2014. In addition to her DJ career she has become one of the most interesting producers of Istanbul. Her sound is mostly characterized by raw live cuts and an extraordinary garage-sound fused into dance music. Ankara based Fat&Bald – a project run by Ortac Genc – joins the EP’s title giver ''Being and Nothingness’’ with silky guitar elements, adding an Sonic Youth-ish rock vibe to the track. Their second original track ‘'The Absurd’’ is a hypnotic dark approach to rock and dance fusion filled with minimalistic drum grooves, a four-note baseline and hypnotic synth elements. The unpolished rawness of this track definitely brings a fresh breeze to the table. The EP continues with an outstanding remix by Guatemalan producer Fabio Me Llaman Soltero, who awards listeners with his own temper filled interpretation of the EP’s title giver ''Being and Nothingness’’. The grande finale is delivered by the one and only Theus Mago, who’s playful version of '‘The Absurd’’ evokes nostalgia for late night drifters.
